Im more impressed dude was able to play receiver of all positions through a broken hand.
I played 4 games with a broken hand And i scored 5 touchdowns with it

@@AJalwaysopen18 you not d1 tho
@@nur7elt bro i’m 13, so I’m not d1 yet.
@@AJalwaysopen18 What position and team
He will be fine. Coaches just got to work with him.
They’re gonna turn him into a beast
He’s got a lot of talent n production. Give him some time he’s gonna be a problem for defenders
As long as he can catch
@@xtwinkiemaster17x yea that’s definitely not an issue.
@@xtwinkiemaster17x a lot of this people didn’t catch the ball last year. We still have other ring
When a comes to the playoffs we play diff mvs, kelce, sneed,Pacheco, harman, rice, most important player pat they did there job. 2023 was ten rookies still gotta a ring
@@mhm1sucio477 yea KC is the cream of the crop
I’ve got to be honest, Patrick Mahomes with Xavier Worthy will do great in the NFL. I feel like they will be a dangerous duo, perhaps even like top 5 maybe.
He also now has Pat mahomes throwing to him
What does that has to do with hands?
@@iceman1272 he is going to get dimes that he can catch
@@rubyheimann-gc3dz we had the largest drop rate last year :|

Haters are gonna hate. Im happy with our pick!
He's solid asf. But "haters" are prolly concerned fans who were blindside's by toney. Keep in mind, people were loving up toney till game 1
our? You're NOT on the team
@@qu3en11yt6a team is not whole without the fans
The kid played at 175lbs in college. He dropped 10lbs to run the 40. He'll be alright. I think we got a gem. Go chiefs
Hey keep this work up been watching you forever
VERY IMPORTANT: COLLEGE, NOT NFL LEVEL CORNERS!!
He’s literally the next tyreek
Don’t think he’s gon have the same impact but the one could definitely make the comparison
@@Zion2540hd I agree
That's a stretch, there's only one Hill.. and Hill is like 5'8 200lbs compact.
Worthy 165 and skinny.
You spelled Toney wrong

he fits right in 😂😂😂
Been a kc fan since 2003. I cant think of a draft other than mahomes where ive been more excited. This kid and our next kelce.
Glad you did the math on that
Love your shorts Cole!
What an exciting trade and draft season it’s been!
He’ll fit in right with Kadarius Toney
have fun being last in the league again while the cheifs just casually three peat lmao
@@norahsublette7168 Xavier worthy is literally the next John Ross stop glazing. There’s a reason he wasn’t even predicted to go into the first round before the combine.
MVS?
@@OneBee-bm9lh he’s a weapon we don’t even need him to drop a single ball. RPO will literally be unstoppable just having him as an option
Catch* also nothing like John Ross dummy
I’m not even a chiefs fan. But I wouldn’t have any doubts in any part of their process.
He'll work on being sure-handed for us.. I can feel it
Chiefs have had the mindset that they can teach catching. Worked well until last year. We will see
Love the facts and percentages
A lot of his drops last year were bad balls across the middle of the field, particularly when Quinn Ewers was out for two games.
(IF)* you are blessed to be chosen into The CHIEFS Kingdom… “ which “ YOU ARE!❤️💛
You bet your boots,U R WORTHY IN DEED 🙌🏼
Dasean Jackson the sequel
Thank you for this video. My Texan friend immediately said, "Get ready for more frustrating drops" when Worthy was picked.
It was frustrating when he dropped balls though it didn't help that quinn had deep ball accuracy issues all year.
its all part of the script. I never seen so many superstar receivers drop passes like they do now.
The NFL is terrified because we have Kelce, Hollywood, rice, Worthy among other threats. They saw what we did with a weak offense last season and they know we’re gonna be a whole lot better this season. And we kept most of our defense. They know they’re in trouble.
Legion of zoom 🏎️ 2.0
If Rice can make it
Ain’t nobody scared
Lets Go Chiefs
Hes going to be a beast off those critiques
The knock on DK going into the draft was that he had drop issues too & it’s a big reason why he dropped in the draft. Hasn’t been an issue for him since he’s been in the league. Worthy will be fine… Go Birds! 🦅🦅🦅🦅🦅🦅🦅🦅🦅🦅🦅🦅🦅🦅🦅🦅
The rose colored glasses are real lmao. He’s gonna drop passes but it’s still gonna be a good pick
As a student and fan of the Longhorns, watching Worthy in 2022 sometimes not even try to catch slightly overthrown balls was infuriating... until i learned he played with a broken hand then it all made sense 😂😂
People expect players to catch every damn thing🤦
Devonte Smith isn’t much bigger , he’s doing fine
Productive in college, he will be the same in the pros.
LiL hill🔥
Worth mentioning, John Ross had a lower drop % in college and once he got to the NFL, the numbers doubled.
In fairness that’s mostly due to the skill of the dbs and size difference. Then again that could apply to Xavier as well…
Worthy was a perfect pick. He's the next tyreek and the perfect weapon to help the chiefs go for the 3 peat
Worthy also had to cope with the worst off-target number of any WR in the draft. The “Worthy is down there somewhere” joke was unfortunately sometimes true during his time at Texas.
Yep. Quinn was so frustrating to see as it was boom or bust if he was going to give worthy a catchable ball.
It's about level of difficulty, when catching a football
People are just coping with everything they can hoping the Chiefs drafts will all bust 😂 just like they're hoping Rashee Rice never comes back.. they know what's inevitable.
Hells yeah!! We ARE Worthy!!
He will be fine The veterans will work with him and he will be just fine
Honestly, only a 4% difference in catch percentage due to a broken hand is insane
Imagine if he turns out to be a clone of Deshawn Jackson !!!! LOOK OUT !!!
Comparing a player who’s being guarded by college kids vs pros is insane
We heard these same size complaints about a guy who won a heisman and is having a very good career. At what point do we stop complaining about a WR being a little undersized like they won’t get weight on him.
According to google Devonta Smith is only 170 pounds. Im not worried.
Drop issues - this kid was meant to be a Chief :D
Any other guy wouldn't be fit for the team because they'd prob actually catch the ball lol
Greats points from someone who actually knows the game and don’t just say what he heard someone else say and someone actually took five minutes and did some research before just slandering a athletes great content brother keep it up 👍 👍
The drops were a problem in the hand injury season
that young man is going be spending this summer mostly eating and lifting
Dude Ridley should be higher. He dropped a lot of touchdowns last year and even more regular passes. Add in how many times he ran the wrong route that was supposed to be makes me kinda glad we didn't resign him
He was injured on his hand that year (second half of season).
Puka Nacau was a rookie, all others other than DK and Davante were 2nd and third options. I would be worreid
Mike evans is not a second or third option you sped😂
Anyone else noticed him catching the ball and running was against tech Mahomes is from Texas Tech Xavier, worthy from Texas
I swear he was 6’1 172?
well as those drop percentage stats are good the nfl is way different then college just gotta wait and see
X-Man😤🔥
I don't necessarily think it will be a problem but you can't compare NFL drop rate to their drop rate in college because most of those guys didn't have drop rates that high in college
Also the main reason drops are a conversation is because this class was insanely sure handed and most of the guys that went around him had lower drop rates
I saw that reddit post, too 😉😂
He’s to small for so some of these nfl corners he might have a tough time especially early on in his career
Oh don't be paranoid, this young man will prove himself a key player , just like Pat Mahomes had too
❤
What people don't realize is that these guys go from being a part time athlete to full time athlete. It will be much easier to work on that when he doesn't have to go to class.
You also gotta remember tho college and the NFL is way different and the NFL is way harder
Can’t wait for this BuSt to kick in
He’s listed online as 6’1” 172.
Body Catcher, go watch Steve Smiths breakdown predraft
You can’t compare any and mean any college stats to NFL stats even if it is drop%
Lets Not Worry Those Haters Can Be Mad That We Number 1, Plus They Just Assume That Worthy Will Be Dropping Passes, but who cares because last season we had the most drops and we still won the superbowl
idk if we should be comparing nfl stats to college stats
I disagree. It's definitely a huge concern. He dropped 15 passes the other day in practice. I've never seen so many drops.
Drops weren’t the issue, the issue was he is very underwhelming in contested catches which is why he has a "drops issue"
Chiefs worst enemy dropped passes
You got one thing wrong, Devonta Adams drop rate in college was extremely phenomenal. That one of the reasons why the packers drafted him bc he rarely dropped anything it was his biggest highlight. Come on producer fact check your things before posting. Smh.
He’s already dropping passes in rookie camp. I’d say, yes it’s a…..concern. Not a problem yet…..but a concern yes.
I’m a Longhorns fan so I’ll tell you he does drop too many dimes for my liking but once he gets the ball he usually gets big yardage out of it.
I wanna see money and mvs drop percentage now
ANY receiver can kinda hit or miss with Mahomes. Pat plays so different I can understand that some players just can't figure it out. Mahomes has a symphony playing in his head. Grab a cello.
In college receivers are wide open more however I think he'll be fine because he has Andy Reid, he will be schemed open for sure n this is from a Bengals fan (also think Andy is an offensive genius even in philly)
Comparing his drop percentage to NFL players is laughably misleading
Its a lot harder to catch in the nfl than college
Can’t compare college stats to nfl. 8% in college could jump to 16 in the NFL. Tighter coverage more contested catches. If ur dipping balls in college when the skill gap is that big. It’s an issue.
The thing is worthy had 25% of his targets being screens and 50%+ of his yards being after the catch if you look at where he dropped the ball the most it was non curl and non screen plays so basically all the easy catches he made anything that was somewhat difficult he dropped so if they wanna use him as a deep threat he will struggle with drops and if u wanna use him as a short yardage guy then his frame becomes a huge problem cause what nfl player won’t just lay a guy 40lbs lighter than him out. Also his frame means he will probably get pressed a ton and screw up timing with mahomes
As a proud Texas alumni and Texas One Fund NIL collective donor, I can confidently say that you are completely misguided in your opinions. It seems like you are basing your views on false logic, which is a common error made by armchair critics who have never played the game. However, Chiefs Kingdom has an exceptional player who is about to wreak havoc on defenses. Although Quinn may have struggled with pass placement, with one of the greatest QBs throwing to him, he is sure to shine. I hope you are a Chiefs fan because, if not, your team and the NFL are in trouble. So, take this as a witty remark or a playful joke, but do your research before attempting to criticize players.
Chiefs won a Super Bowl with the most dropped rate in the league, of course they’re not gonna worry about
bro idk what drop percentages u showed but pukas drop rate in college was 7.9
NFL and college are a hole different thing so don’t compare him to some of the best wide receivers if he is in college
At least he don’t drop as much can’t wait for the cheifs
His one single season where drops were the issue he had a broken hand, all that needs to be said. The other 2 years it wasnt remotely an issue.
Hell fit right in
i believe mahomes will get another 5000 yard 50 touchdown season very soon
Even his 10.6 is just a bit above Puka.
Keep telling yourself that
Funny thing is he was dropping mad passes at the chiefs rookie minicamp 🤣
As a proud Texas alum, I must say that your opinion doesn't hold much weight. You may want to sit back and watch as he tears defenses apart, especially those of whatever inferior teams that you support.🤫
Dude doesn’t understand that collage defenses have 1 or 2 good players
They said the ssme thing about q johnson and what happened? Once a dropper always a dropper. Cant teach an old dog new tricks.
If he doesn't have the best hands and he is going to have to add 10lbs then why would they go with him is my question ⁉️
Issue is most drops are not watching the ball into your catch. Or taken a bad angle at catching it.. all can be worked on..
Plus with mahomes he take him down to Texas and work on it..
He already dropping passes in mini camp 😂😂 jokes aside he'll be alright!!
Bills should’ve picked him up
NFL is a different game then college
