  • The Enneagram Type 1 is known as the Improver, the Reformer, or the Perfectionist, striving to feel perfect, good, right, and correct.
The Enneagram Type 5 is known as the Expert, the Observer, or the Investigator, striving to feel self-sufficient, capable, and informed.
If you're still struggling to narrow down your dominant Enneagram type between these two, this video will give you additional insight into some of the key differences, including how each of them:
    handles conflict
    manages stress
    makes decisions
    sets boundaries (or doesn't...)
    and experiences feelings

To help clarify or confirm your dominant Enneagram type and then understand how to use it at work and in life, you can book a single "Enn Focus" session or get a pack of them - either option includes an Enneagram Institute assessment and each session is 50 minutes dedicated to learning all about your personality. Great contrast! I am a type one but I was initially torn between 1 and 5. This is helpful and I wish I would have had it back then 👍🏼
