Yes the silver door was for our dairy trucks and the double doors were access to the building. the door that said grocery was used many years ago for our truck deliveries. i was always sent out in the summer to clean behind where all the trash is and along the woods i had to climb to get trash and dig the ditch back there so many memories but do not miss the area but the store i do. Thanks again for filming that it was just no time to make it down there. all the doors were used for deliveries.
Hi Nate: I worked at this location in grocery 26 years, retired December 29, 2017, before anyone knew it was closing. Worked closely with Adam in the last few years. Good guy. I helped clean out a lot of those back woods at the edge of the parking lot. Amazing the stuff they left in the store. Hated to see the store close. A lot of memories there.
It's a shame to see the store in that condition!! I worked there during the summer of 69' and it was great working there along with a another bud of mine from Massillon who got me the job there.....thanks Jon!!! The people who worked there were fantastic and also the customers were great who still tipped us even though it wasn't allowed. Oh, and also we're were on a short strike then which didn't last long. Those were great days and great times to remember from back home..........................

Anyway, you know I love how you edit your videos with the background music especially but I'm really digging this raw format you went with for this video! That's why I enjoy doing that style of filming for my abandoned videos.

Great video! I have been wanting to check this location out, but I don't get that close to downtown much. I think that building across the street used to be a CVS, then a dollar store. I could be wrong.
WickedWonder1979 I don't recall ever seeing a Revco in this area, but there was a drug store that I thought was CVS in several buildings that looked like that.
It was a revco but it closed down very early as by 98 before cvs brought revco as I think it was already shut down. Probably due to theft. That area is very bad. I'm surprised that fishers stayed there for as long as it did. Only shut down a few months back when thus video was shot

I first started working here in 1991. People did tip at first but as the years went by they tipped less often.

Richard Wolf from the looks of the building it was built as a Revco and converted. I'm not from the area but I sadly know about CVS buildings.
