Unfortunately, when receiving a new wig, the wig arrives a certain way in the box and wig retailers don’t want you to mess with it if you’re not sure you’ll keep it, especially the part.
Yes, that is correct. That's what I try to say to new wigwearers is to commit to your purchase and get in there with your fingers and style it because it's really hard to know what the wig is gonna look like. If you don't try to style it so I understand it can be frustrating.
Are all the colors rooted? Description for color you are wearing doesn’t state rooted. Interested in seeing the light grey.
