I recently purchased an ostrich strap from elsewhere, and it's actually almost painful to wear at the moment because it's so damn stiff where it's not broken in yet. Never had that problem with my Delugs straps! I'll never cheat on you again 😭
Another great video Ken. I just picked up my waxy whiskey strap from you guys a couple of weeks ago and it was so comfortable on Day 1. Just like you said in point 3, new leather straps don’t have to be stiff and take time to break in if they are made correctly.

We've had people with wrist sizes of as low as 5 inch use our pillows and it's okay. Our pillows are quite soft, so even if you have to compress them to fit the watch, they won't stretch out the bracelet.

6 inches, maybe a little smaller. My watch bracelets are small, and I hate putting them on cushions that I have to squeeze shut on.
