I so wish my mum felt this way. She won't accept her diagnosis or take her meds, she hurts people without a seconds hesitation. This is the relationship a mother and daughter can have when help and medication is accepted and its lovely. Unfortunately it doesn't happen for us all affected by bipolar.
Stay Strong Please. My Gran Got Diagnosed With Bi Polar. She Never Accepted It Either. Then I Ended Up Manic And I Was Acting Very Strange. My Dad Walked Into The House And Me And My Gran Were Both Very Unwell. He Took Me To The Doctors, Turned Out I Was Bi Polar Too. I Refused To Accept It. Then My Behaviour Got Out If Hand, I Ended Up Sectioned. I Have Now Been Stable For Two Years. I Have Had Episodes In The Past There After, But I'm Doing Good Now.... My Gran Sadly Passed Away In 2014 Of Cancer. But I Now Know She Isn't In Pain And She Will Be Happy And Guiding Me Through Life. I Really Hope Everything Works Out For You.
