What is remarkable here is that those faces were some of the first to ever watch a professional game of football in the world, given that Notts were formed in 1862..before the actual FA. Mitchell & Kenyon did more than just take film here

Razors were as rare then as imaginative clothes. So sad that 1914 was around the corner, even for the children

Hate to admit it but county were the big club in nottingham until after ww2. From lifelong forest fan. Hope u get promoted back soon to efl.coyr.
