They have healthy meal kits you can do like Hello Fresh. Look for low carb breads and tortillas. 1800 calories is really low especially if you’re working out!

I think something else you could do is also take what ingredients you have in your home and ask ChatGPT to make a meal from them. That way you also save on leftover ingredients etc.

Tiff you should never trust an AI for food but if you want meal plans that are easy there is pre portioned food kits that are really good for ya on the internet that you can sign up for that can be delivered to your door
