this bike is DOPE! im currently running Vittoria Barzo's on my top fuel and love it! also running Mazza & Martello combo on my other bike (Kona Hei Hei Trail)
Such a clean build and so well spec'd! Quality filming as well! I honestly wouldn't change anything about it if it was my bike other than I would swap for the ergon enduro saddle with the oil slick rails to match the oil slick sram components and I would swap for a RF turbine orange stem, however the race face orange may clash with the TLD orange.... I bet the Ergon orange grip color with the oil slick clamp set would match amazingly well..... whatever, your bike looks amazing as is. Looking forward to seeing how you build up your Slash. I'm guessing you ordered a frame and are building it up with fox and sram?? That lithium color is clean! I noticed Trek doesn't offer any Fox builds and you like me seem to be fox preferential. I'd be inclined to keep that new RockShox Super Deluxe Ultimate shock with the updated Thru Shaft damper and go from there.
Ya Im not really big on colored stems and color matching everything. I actually think it looks cleaner if it's subtle. I honestly see alot of bike builds with color match EVERYTHING and don't like them much. Yes I did order a slash frame. Yes it will have fox as I am supported by Fox and just prefer to run fox forks as they are set it and forget it for me.
Nice built! I have the top fuel 9.8 2020, quick question what you added on the rear shock to hold the cables down? The cables are scratching the shock and don’t want that. Thanks and great video!!
Wow first time I saw a dream build that I actually care for. What was your decision to go with agarro for front and rear vs a mazza, martello or mazza, agarro
Thanks! I chose the agarro because I love it as an all around trail tire. The top fuel is a trail bike through and through so putting an enduro tire on it would just slow it down. The agarro to me is the perfect trail tire, rolls extremely fast, has great traction and is strong enough to not leave you stranded. I'll be doing a tire review on it soon!
@@Projectnortheast absolutely i figured you went that route for the tires capability and I asked because it was a trail bike. I have a agarros as well but I have never tried them on yet, still on my dhf,dhr combo. I ride slow so I normally go with like a trail Enduro front and a faster rear.
It's my personal trail bike I built up for myself for trail riding... the only way would be to buy a frame and build one up or talk to your local trek store
The city has a mask mandate and the spacers are only there because the correct spacing fork is on backorder like everything else in this world lol there's always more to the story but the internet loves to find a negative in something
Im baffled you had to wear a mask driving up, and then working on a bike with it on also... ??? Ive seen weirder things but cant remember when. Anyway cool build.
It was literally during the height of the pandemic and there was a city ordinance in place ... I'd love to remake the video without a mask but sadly this bike is long gone to a new owner haha
Good looking build, but I have to say I was more impressed by the big open and organized work space. Looks like a great environment to work in.
Ya the shop is pretty dialed. Every bench is set up the same with tools organized. Makes it easy to work
Beautiful job! Frame and the whole process takes me back to a build I did during covid. A 17 Fuel EX 9.9 that I love to ride!!
Came out sweet! I built my dream bike (Top Fuel) in the fall and absolutely love it! Enjoy!
Hoping someday to build my dream bike. I can watch people build bikes all day I don’t know what it is about these video.
love the way you mixed color on the bike, black and orange, cause I used the same on my bike :)) Nice build
Great bike build video. Great work seeing in detail from nothing to something. 👍🏾😎
Bought a bike from you guys back when you were on Main Street.
Can build up a whole bike and route cables but the juice box was the struggle! Haha just kidding. Great work on the video guys 👌🏻
Had fun making this one...

Thanks, loving this bike. I've since actually changed the build a little mostly in wider rims etc.. The agarros are like barzos on steroids!

It's a clip that's integral to the frame... it came on my frame
Great build i have pretty same one! but 1 moment 5:31 looks like cap overtight
What length stem and specs on the bar? Awesome build!
It's a 35mmx32mm raceface turbine stem and Next R 800mm carbon bars. I'll be doing a full bike check video soon

@@ns671fr Ya I like the agarro alot, it's minion esq in it's grip but the knobs don't fold over on off camber rocks etc....
dude how can get that bike , exactly video´s one

how much you end up spending ? I want to built one . so i can use my extra parts .
On the whole build or frame?
@@Projectnortheast All I got are fox 36 , stem and handle bar. from a 2022 9.8 eX thank you
@@angelasuncion8395 this is a top fuel, not a fuel EX. I too used alot of parts i had on hand so I'm not really sure the total cost
hi why have you got face mask ongreats job on the bike
Was shot at the height of covid and the town the shop was in had a mask mandate
Sweet!!....
Buen Ensamblaje.
So 27.5lbs with pedals and a cage....
That fuckig mask .... cool bike , but the spacers was painfull to watch

I instantly felt what you did when he walked in with mask on. I cant wait for this crap to be over.

A mask? Really?
The city has a mandatory mask mandate for all businesses.
No one there! 🤣
@@andrewd7860 full shop most of the vid... guess that shows Harry's camera skills 😉.
Wow how horribly offensive that someone is wearing something on their body. I'm angry.
