Insulate or freeze? - Refit Shanty 2.1

In this video, it's time for another refit. We have safely arrived in our new home harbour with the #Sailboat Shanty 3 and there are still many construction sites to be completed before the next sailing trip. The first thing we're doing now is #insulation, because it's still cold (video is from the beginning of the year). We also install a #Dometec refrigerator, which is actually very expensive, and take a first test drive.

Es gibt bei uns in Österreich im Baumarkt so Luftbefeuchter. Das sind Patronen, die das Wasser binden und in sich ableiten. Die gesammelte Flüssigkeit muss dann allerdings entsorgt werden. Hat im Wohnwagen und auch auf meinem Boot gut funktioniert. Bei dir würde ich 3 Stück empfehlen. Pluspunkt ist, es braucht keinen Strom und hilft echt.

Ja das stimmt die gibt es. Davon hatte ich sogar 2 Stück bereits an Board. Ich denke aber eine gute Dauerlösung ist das nicht. Die Salze die dort drin sind, sind bestimmt auch nicht sonderlich gesund.
