Moebius Moon Bus 1/55 - Full Build

Fun kit, from one of my fav movies. My first lighting project.

Lighting: 3 top-down 750 lumen, 2 kitty-corner 750 lumen.

Something different and it looks very cool. The Moon Bus has become a great model and the lights has brought it directly in an upper level.
A good job, which will look great in the collecting shelf.

That is very cool. Can be used on the tabletop as 28mm is 1/56 scale. Would look cool as a ship in a sci fi hanger.

Unique build of a great sci fi kit. Looks great, especially the lighting. I am currently working on the 1/350 Enterprise Refit - talk about lighting challenges and fit issues ! Look at it for a challenge and expansion of skills if you have the patience 😊

Nah, footprint is roughly 3 ft x 1.5 ft. Only the equivalent of about 3 armor models nose to tail in terms of shelf space. Cheers. @@johnalecsscalemodeling

Thanks doable I'd have thought it was a lot larger. I was at a Trek convention in Aug/sept 2016 in Cherry Hill NJ and someone had a 5ft long Enterprise it was amazing. Worf gave me the peace sign as I took his picture on stage! Cheers@@Ryker06

I little mate - the final fit at the front was fiddly. Lots of filler! Cheers
