    Thanks so much and even now I go back to your vids as a great reference. Sadly it appears that has never gone RTM and is still a Preview and therefore non-production. Any chance you know what the intent is?

      Thank you for the kind words! You are correct this feature seems to never made it to GA. I am unsure if it ever will… :(

    Hello, thanks for this amazing tutorial. I was trying out the portal but the calendar on my end is showing No Time available and I cannot select any dates, knowing that I set up a resource working hours from 8-5 excluding weekends. Did I miss a step configuration?

      I would try and set the resource to work 24 hours including weekends and see if that changes anything. Also remove any Characteristics from the incident type you’re using and see if that changes anything

      Thanks for your reply. After I added characteristics for the resource I was able to select the dates. Besides, I have another strange issue with the portal once I book which I posted in the community:
