What a treat to listen to an orchestra that recreates the precision, melody and harmony that we once enjoyed in the United States in the 20's through the 40's! Even the dress, lighting, silhouettes and eyeglasses are all spot on from that almost forgotten era.

Brilliant! A most polished performance. Excellent musicianship and presentation. Other band leaders should take note. Most bands in the UK turn up in their gardening clothes. They think it looks relaxed and cool. It doesn't, it just looks scruffy. Smarten up folks; the name of the game is Show Business.

The performers obviously love the era they are singing. I love the dancers on the screen behind them. For drama, the woman silhouette should slap her partner at the end of the song.
