Update ... Still me different account. PMO is officially a thing of the past. It's funny because I started listening to this to attract women and now I'm at a point where I don't even care that much. @@adu1991 You can't "make" binaural beats for your list, it requires a very long and hard research to find how the molecule work in your body and especially finding the great frequency of it, and you can't increase your shoulder size too it's impossible it means you want to grow but you can't target your shoulder only, it seems like you are confusing binaural beats and subliminal messages or placebo effect

Androstenedione pheromones-like effects are very simmilar to androstadienone, and are better investigated. Nonetheless androstadienone is a far derivative of neurosteroid pregnenolone and it produced in subtly other way, than androstenedione, but finally both are synthesised from cholesterol. As androstadienone and androstenedione have simmilar pheromone-like effects, then I choosed to create a production, that will increase androstenedione level, as it may be used also indirectly to anabolic pruposes.
Anyway, I think that maybe I will create another production based on androstadienone. It may be a good combo to use both during the same cycle.

Estrogen is produced via aromatase by testosterone into estrogen conversion. So if testosterone level is heightened, then estrogen will be as well. A little bit stilted estrogen level stimulatenous with high testosterone (good estrogen - androgen ratio) will give you improtant benefits (higher IGF-1 / GH level, protected joints).
If you are starting to get gyno (what are your symptoms like?), then you should add to your diet light, natural aromatase inhibitors (as you are still "natural" bodybuilder) and also control your estrogen level via blood tests. If symptoms are intensified, then you should visit a proper doctor.
Edit: remember, that gyno symptoms are often incorrectly diagnosed (if self-diagnosed), because they may be easly jumbled with lipo. Gyno may also appear because of high prolactine level.
