  • This is an excerpt from my course: Nice Guy Recovery & Social Confidence Building
    www.skool.com/...
This video discusses the limiting belief that "nice people are non-judgmental", highlighting how this belief leads to overlooking how judgmental Nice Guys are about others and themselves.
Judgments are often based on small, unreliable pieces of data that are mistaken as evidence, and these judgments are converted into life-limiting inaccurate social risk assessments.
Everyone is judgmental due to evolution and programming, which can be harmful in relationships and self-perception. Let's talk about reducing the reaction to your judgments, such as offering unsolicited help and mind reading, and instead learn to assume nothing about others' thoughts and feelings.

Agreed, I think we are all judgmental, and how harmful we are depends on how much we manage our reaction to our judgments. This video is aimed at the nice guys who have convinced themselves they're not judgmental

I truly believe a regular Joe like us is brain hardwired as "problem solver". So it's automatically we think "they need our help".
It's in our DNA as a male mamal to protect and take care our female counterparts. But the modern feminist movement doesn't appreciate "nice behaviour" because they see men as oppressor and patriarchy. Especially in the dating world.
