I think without Madara : - The Senju and Uchiha clans would have continued to kill each other - There would be no Konoha before many years - The village of Konoha would not have been attacked the day Naruto was born - Sarutobi would have become Hokage despite everything in the middle of the war - Rin would have died regardless and Obito would have died earlier. - Sasuke released Kaguya instead of Madara.

The thing that made the war between uchiha and senju ended is because the friendship of madara and hashirama so if madara was never born probably the war will still goes on and more lives will be lost, also konoha will never be born, and that means every couple that meets And have child in konoha will never be born like Naruto and probably sasuke to cause his Predecessor is still on war with senju and if he die sasuke will never be born. I don't think madara affected the relationship between Naruto and hinata. Even if Naruto had his parents and others to love him he would still be he. A boy who never gives up. And I'm pretty sure hinata would fall for him. And Naruto falling in love with hinata happened way after madara died. Also obito would be dead without madara. And Rin would eventually die.
You'd be surprised. Naruto's entire hero complex stems from his desire to be accepted (or acknowledged at the least). Subconsciously, that's why he latched onto Sakura early on and his love of pranks. Someone sufficiently starved for attention would seek it in any form, even if it's negative. After all, you can't ignore something if you're actively scolding it. A Naruto with parents would have someone to acknowledge him. Now add the fact that the nine tails didn't attack and boom. No reason to hate Naruto, and he doesn't have Kurama sealed within. Include that now he's known as the Fourth's son, and you have a recipe for a completly OOC Naruto. Furthermore, Sasuke is no longer BroodyMcDreamPants to all the girls at the academy, so Naruto has a pretty good chance at having fangirls. Finally, Hinata started to develop feelings for Naruto when he saved her from those bullies as children. Pretty sure he was in those woods because what else is there for an orphaned village piraya to do? With so much that changed, now there's a multitude of reasons as to why either Hinata, the bullies, or Naruto won't be there for that important encounter. Its not to say Naruto and Hinata cant happen. But the chances are in constant flux simply because we dont know the paramaters of this world without Madara.
Something else, I think the leaf village would have been easily destroyed by the sand village after the 2nd Hokage died. They were plotting against them for decades, and if not for Madara indirectly bringing constant threats, they might not have been as prepared to deal with wartime as the sand village.

Also the EMS wouldn't have been discovered.

If madara wasn't there, there will not show called naruto because kushina will not come to konaha and never met minato. And many things will happen differently if madara didn't exist. I think madara play an important role in naruto anime.

Without Madara, There would be many things different. The story wouldn't be that interesting, but it would be a happy world. The pain Obito, Naruto and so many people went through wouldn't be there. They wouldn't be that powerful, but they would have their dream life.

Hashirama and madara founded the first hidden village but they couldn’t do it alone, then after they made it other places decided it would be a good idea to copy them. If that didn’t happen then things like jiraiya becoming sannin wouldn’t have happened since he was declared it in the ninja war by someone of a different village
I think: Uchiha clan would probably have been destroyed long ago without his leadership(era of wars)
if they survived, probably would be a more minor clan under senju rule, or probably not even affiliated with the leaf
