As we bid farewell to 2023, we’re thrilled to reflect on what an incredible year of innovation and collaboration it has been.
Following successful awards editions, our innovation library is now rich with banking and insurance case studies. This year, we acknowledged outstanding projects and individuals globally, while also launching regional awards in Asia-Pacific and the Middle East & Africa.
Our Qorus events also play a pivotal role in this narrative. They have been instrumental in fostering meaningful connections, sparking vibrant discussions, and serving as the fertile ground where innovative ideas take root and flourish.
But our dedicated communities are at the core of our mission. In 2023, we proudly cultivated five active communities and in 2024, the Qorus family is expanding. With members spanning institutions all around the world, I am convinced we can only go further faster together!

For over 50 years, we’ve been a cornerstone of the financial services industry. Much has changed since we first started, and the pace of change has accelerated too. We needed to transform and reinvent our Efma to ensure that we can in turn help our members to reinvent.
So Efma is now called Qorus.
