Wow this seed really gave the illusion of choice at the begining huh :p always 2 fights and 1 event no matter what. Elite fights give you +50% gold in exchange for a tougher fight, with enemy commanders as well. You should take them in first act and avoid in second in my opinion. Very good video. Really want to see more if this game
Haha yeah, I assume that the first encounter is always a fight. Personally, I think it's fine for the first 2 encounters to be set in stone. I agree with avoiding elite fights in second act. With higher difficulty from the challenge level I think I only take elite fights if I'm close to full health on all my troops and if there's at least a camp before reaching the act boss :P I'm definitely going to be doing more videos of SOVL and interspersing them with other games. @@stooge_gaming what i mean is that usually at the start of the run you get a 2-4 choices in paths, most are 1 event 2 fights, but there is also 3 fights or 1 fight 2 event (but these are super rare). its just id never seen a full 1 fight 2 event run before, with no other options :P
