Taking on others emotions is a big one for me. As I get older I am so much more intentional about who I spend time around.

It isn’t that I’m around negative energy, it’s just my children take/give so much of my energy I struggle to have room for anything else. Which is why I am being intentional with doing UA-cam daily as it gives me time to personally reflect and clear my mind.
