@@fhg5291 This only applies if you went from 99-99*, After 99* you get 2 stars so it'll be 1** but splatoon doesn't display it.

Im never going to get 1* because im scared that noobs will think "HOW DOES SHE HAVE CLOTHING AT LEVEL 1" When they dont realize theres a star and they'll pretty much report me.

Actually that happened to me once, but i was the noob in that situation. I was playing with this one squid whose level said one. I guess i didn't notice the star so when they pulled out the kensa weapons, i though it was a hacker,but i didn't report them.
When I finished octo expansion and Agent 4 route first, I wore the gear and the octo gun to the turf war as a level 1......
And I’m pretty glad the noobs didn’t report me but I really hope they didn’t think I was cheating XD

I played for a literal month and I'm still level 34 ;(
Ngyes Woomy the fastest way I noticed to level up is to pretty much grind ranked mode. When you get to the upper rankings, you can get 2000+ experience for winning and getting KO bonuses gives an extra 1500. So one ranked match can net you 3500+ experience not counting the experience boosting food. I grind it when splatfest shirts become available since when they become available they are dirt cheap to scrub for ability chunks at only 2000 coins. Paired with a drink and you can possibly grind for lots of experience and ability chunks in a matter of minutes.
Play for fun. Don't make it grindy

If you go to 99 star, Judd will reset all your progress back to 1 star. NEVER talk to judd if you're level 99 star because he will reset your hardworking progress back to 1 star.

This is pure awesome! Super congratulations for achieving level 99 in this game! I just cannot even imagine how fun and entertaining it is.
Splatoon 2 is truly the best online multiplayer game in existence anyway. I sure want to meet Hisashi Nogami and thank him and his team for making it like the way for ZUN and Tom Fulp.

Currently at Level 76 after playing for 5 months slowly but surely getting there. Keeping my sea snails for a rainy day of re rolls (up to the 80s now due to left over splatfest sea snails)
It’s not like it’s the end of the world to be set to 1⭐️ it’s literally no different just look at the exp to level up XD plus you get sea snails why would you not reset to get more?
I remember going into ranked sometime after reaching level 10 and I was confused when I saw a level 1⭐️ mostly cause I missed the star somehow at first and I was like how the heck can you be level 1 and in ranked. Quickly figured it out once I saw the star 😂

Nope. Especially Moray Towers. Ink walls on certain spots that aren't the most obvious ones and you can really exploit the element of surprise.

And guess what happens when you reach lvl 99🌟? You get reverted back to lvl 1🌟 after you talk to Jud. No bonus or prizes, just a revertI would recommend wasting time unless you want to end your life knowing you reached 1🌟 twice.
