Heather Dinich is out of her mind. Why is she still trying to put Alabama and Ole Miss instead of a two loss Clemson into the playoffs? She has no credibility at this point.
If South Carolina wins next week I wouldn't be against them getting in. But not a 3 loss bama or ole miss that just lost. SC has come on strong and their 3 losses aren't to bad teams.
So then strength of schedule shouldn't matter at all? Why don't we put army in since they only have 1 loss? Why are you wanting to punish teams for playing a tough schedule?
Once you’ve established your 12 teams I don’t think the committee will even consider conference. Again when you get your 12 you can take conference play, and conference strength, out of it completely perhaps and just matchup teams accordingly within their respective rankings. Regardless of a conference or non conference rematch. As a UGA fan I don’t want to play Tennessee again if it shakes out that way, but if not Tennessee at that spot then who? You’re suggesting they mix around rankings to change first game opponents to prevent those repeat games.
The committee has to keep in mind the strength of schedule , not just the record. If a team goes 11-1 and doesn't play anyone in the top 100 teams that is not worthy of a playoff spot. UGA played the hardest schedule in the country, so that should be considered. Same with Indiana. Other than OSU who have they played? They lost pretty bad to OSU.
Oregon fan here, I feel for Indiana with one loss no matter how much they lost by, being placed on a scale with Alabama with three losses, and people saying Alabama is a better team, sorry, your given Alabama way to much credit due to the history of the program. If SEC pre-season rankings weren't so high then commentators wouldn't have to give excuses later in the season when they lose games they should win and have to justify it by saying the SEC is so much harder to play in then other conferences.
Remember what happened to Georgia last year after only a 3 point loss to Bama. First loss of the year. They were dropped from 1 to 6. The committee has their own agenda. They'll put in who they want in, if they can make it work. I don't know what connections Dinich has with them, but the ESPN talking heads and the committee, last year, seemed to be joined at the hip. If they want Bama in, they'll do their best to make it so.
Bama has the brand recognition and truthfully none of the other middling teams have made a strong case for themselves. Clemson is the only program I think is being slept on. If they can defeat S Carolina I think they have a case compared to any 3 loss team.
As a SunDevil diehard.. We will take that challenge and go play Ohio State. ….we have nothing to lose! A type of team everyone in sport hates to play. Go Devils!🔱🏈👍🏆
I’m not a Bama fan, but they will beat half the teams that will be in the playoff. Unfortunately, this playoff system is still not 100% about finding out who the best team is.
dinich must work for peanut-butter sandwiches........because i can' imagine ANYONE paying her money for what she's saying. for example: dinich: how indiana lost matters - dinich - how bama lost does NOT matter- they still could get in at 12.
What if Alabama finishes 9-3 and Georgia loses and finishes 9-3 who also Alabama beat. What if Tennessee finishes 9-3, what if Clemson finishes 9-3, SMU, Miami....
The loser of the big 10 title game will be in a better position than the winner.. would you rather have a bye then play a sec powerhouse like uga or play arizona state and boise? Fix this
If you think Boise State or Notre Dame can beat anybody Georgia lost too. Stop it. Keep the SEC teams out and make the other SEC teams play each other 😂😂 yeah its really the best teams 😂 Notre Dame 😂 nahhh. Uf will beat these teams man.
ESPN so upset Alabama out they may become a cooking network 😂
Heather Dinich is out of her mind. Why is she still trying to put Alabama and Ole Miss instead of a two loss Clemson into the playoffs? She has no credibility at this point.
Bec they will only put 2 Acc team in not 3
Well, I think Alabama is better than Clemson. I also think Ole Miss is better than Clemson. The ACC will maybe get two teams in
I think Notre Dame looks pretty solid. I think they’re capable of beating Alabama and Georgia this year.
@@seancraven-tf6ecAlabama just got their ass spanked by probably the weakest Oklahoma team in 8 years and lost to Vanderbilt😂
Clemson gna lose the south Carolina. Clemson already got blown out by Georgia
Dinich and ESPN are going to do everything in their power to make sure an Undeserving Alabama Team gets in!
Bama scored 3 points. How the hell are they even being considered for the playoff? LOL. They are out. Move on idiots.
Then you should say the same for Texas when they actually played a real team Georgia made them look like a middle school team ..
@@Oldlakerfan24 but Oklahoma isn't even ranked. Both Georgia and Texas are solid teams. Their losses all stem from ranked teams!

My problem is that you don’t have OSU beating Oregon.
No 3 lose team should be in anything the CFP is a 🤡 show and the CFP Committee are the Head 🤡😅🤣😂

No way should there be a GA Tenn or Penn St UI match ups 1st round
Committee won’t put two teams playing each other from same conference in opening round… especially if they have already played each other…

Well, yes it’s possible
Bama, TENN, Georgia, Texas, S. Carolina, Ole Miss, Texas A&M would beat Indiana on a neutral field 9 out of 10 times any day of the week!
Nope
Weird I’d say Indiana beats Vandy 9 out of 10 and Oklahoma 7.5 out of 10
This year is all about B10
Let’s go Buckeyes 😍🙌
Clemson is being MASSIVELY slept on right now. They won’t get a chance to prove it but they are NOT that far behind Miami or SMU head up
if 3-loss teams can make the playoffs, then a 12-team playoff was a HUGE MISTAKE.

Alabama shouldn't even be ranked. Absolutely pathetic excuse for a football team.
Alabama? really? .....after that terrible loss to Oklahoma, I just don't see how they deserve a spot in the playoffs. That was an abysmal loss.
Remember what happened to Georgia last year after only a 3 point loss to Bama. First loss of the year. They were dropped from 1 to 6.

Wait what if Texas am win next week they go to the sec championship game with 3 loses and 2 sec loses ?
So at the end of the day it's really about which is the most lucrative 12 teams to get into the playoffs in terms of TV Revenue right?
Smu should be ahead of Miami. Mustangs are 1st in ACC.
And Clemson should be firmly in the mix ahead of Bama and Ole Miss now, in the same ballpark as Indiana and the Big 12 contenders
ESPN is always haters on The Ohio State Buckeyes 😂😂😂

New drinking game. Drink everytime ESPN says “we have to consider”
So rigged for Bama to make it in they could have 4 losses and still get in
Why everyone thinks arizona st going win big 12 tie breaker Iowa state and arizona st goes in big 12 championship

Alabama should never be in.
GO DAWGS!! National champs again!!
I think he meant lil Wayne. Sky is the limit
Smu gone lose to Miami the committee ain’t getting in over 😂ole miss or bama
Heather is beautiful 😘🌹
Spinach may be beautiful but her mind is clueless
Explain how Texas am beat Texas. They go over Tennessee to the sec championship game with 3 loses and 2 them sec loses make it make sense

No Clemson?
Indiana should be out! No quality wins! Would have 3 losses in SEC!
YOU MEAN JUST LIKE ALABAMA! 😂
@timothycunningham3983 at least Bama has beaten someone
Bama, TENN, Georgia, South Carolina, Texas, Texas A&M, Ole Miss would beat Indiana 9 out of 10 times on a neutral field any day of the week
Might ,might not, on any given Saturday.
Well… That’s the SEC’s fault for adding so many teams.

Shut up bama is not in there they got there ass kick by ou 5-5 lmao bama is trash

Yea. Oregon
