Thanks for the comment. Yes it’s very hot in June -July in Aix, , it was 32 degrees one of the days I filmed. But after I have lived in Marrakech for two years and had 38 - 52 degrees from July to middle of August, and when I was a teenager lived in Saudi Arabia and was forced to run in the desert with a bunch of people every Thursday “HAsh house Harriers” they called it, mostly Britts, couple of Dutch and Swedish families were engaged in it, I somehow have the ability to handle heat as I can handle cold climate. One day when I was in Marrakech, this was in 2012 when I partly lived in Casablanca, but stayed 3 days in Marrakech after traveling from Agadir, it was 52 degrees in the shadow... I got this “crazy” idea to test my body to heat, so I was thinking to walk from Victor Hugo area in Marrakech to Jema el Fna via Plaza. So I bought one 1,5 liter sprite and started the painful walk, 3 km walk in 52 degrees. It was very hard but there is a KFC with air conditioning in Jema el Fna, so that was my target to walk and where to cool down after. It was actually easier than the test I did in Sweden when I was younger and was down hill skiing in - 25 degrees where every air molecule became like spikes and the part of my face that was not covered felt like 1000 ds of middles hitting my face. That was painful experience..
11-07-2020 What a story, take care of yourself. I enjoyed reading Henrik. These are marines ativities for the army. I am different, I work hard but not much physical activities in my spare time; drawing / painting and photography. Only bought a computer since 2008, that often fills my whole day. Now that those walks in Hilversum with old photos in between, you can see how it used to be. Of course there is also something to be done in the household, my wife is also retired you see. I will be 80 years old so I lose in vitality, do not know how long I can still do it. Awaiting your next video and a nice weekend. Warm greetings from Bas Peet.
Subbrajoyti Saha bonjour. I am very happy you like the music. I always do great effort to find the right music, and it can take me up to one full day/night to find it. The name of the songs you will always find in the end on each and every video I make, the end text. And all the music I use comes from Artlist. artlist.io/Henrik-426885 Click on the link and pay one year subscription and you get a extra 2 month via my link.
