Sooooo true. My church cares way too much about the clothing we wear and the Bible we use. It’s a little obsessive and I’ve been confused about it but it’s obvious I need to get more in the Word.
I feel you. The place were I use to go care more about He 10.24-25 « the Sunday gathering » than getting the Word right (understanding it and living out to it)
But I’ve decided, with the help of the Holy Spirit, that it would not stop me from attending and being light and salt for everybody ❤❤❤

The dressing up part reminds me of the passage in the Bible when Jesus was asking .... What did you think you were going to see out in the wilderness? A man wearing soft attire.... Lol Talking about John the Baptist. Also about the dressing up of the Pharisees wearing the long robes, how they loved to be admired.

I had someone say that about he's not wearing a suit Jesus probably only had one robe
Talk to a believer with autism and you'll get a whole different perspective on how difficult going to church is.
