So in the original beef pepper rice from pepper lunch, is it the amakuchi that they add in the rice or the karakuchi? Or is it both? Because they never specify what sauce they added in the rice.
yessss!!! it can keep 2 weeks (maybe more) in the fridge. i highly recommend you make a big batch of the sauce at one go, so next time you have it ready to go (it's what i always do :D )
