Well it’s quite difficult to explain, I just simply interpret each personality I saw on the show onto the characters? It’s quite easy to grasp on them (probably because one of my hobbies are story writing :D)
Honestly nagant didn't deserve to be put in jail if I remember correctly she killed people from the commission and the commission aka hpsc sucks soooo justice for nagant
