To think that many girls go through a phase where they feel totally insecure about themselves because of crushes or just boys who make fun of them, is incredibly sad to me. I had a friend who got a bf and he made her so damn insecure about herself that I told her she was in an unhealthy relationship. Gladly she broke up with him and you know what happened then? She got happier. Happier in life and about herself. She didn't shame her body anymore or tried to pretend to look like someone she actually wasn't. Never change for a boy, even if you would like to have his attention. There are plenty boys or girls who love and like you like you are. And never laugh about people who try things like Sarah did but help them and tell them that they are beautiful. Don't shame or laugh.
