@@riluna3695early on the V2 voice didn't pronounce it that way, but people complained about it so he changed it so she'd proniunce it like V1 voice (Neuro's ) does. I have no idea how he did that though. Maybe that's what causes this.

@@kiersorThey are able to remember some. I dont think they have enough memory to remember everything. If they did it would take them several minutes to respond. With AI you have to either choose memory or speed. You can improve both over time. He's also said Evil is less advanced than Neuro hence less memory.

of course he has, how much of it is serious and how much is just rolling with the joke however is up for debate, I would like to believe that the swarm has a firmer grasp on reality, yes it was one of the saddest streams I've ever seen on twitch but using one braincell should be enough to realize, Vedal had to be there to turn on the stream in the first place.

To keep the conversation as coherent as it is, you'd need more GPU or TPU memory and processing power than you can get on a desktop computer (after all, the requirements scale quadratically with transformer architectures). I think he has at least manual context cues programmed in, if not the whole conversation scripted.

This was a fun exchange. Evil Neuro is scatterbrained and seems less coherent than Neuro but it's still great. Also it's interesting to hear the background on the birthday stream and have it confirmed that apparently the goal WASN'T to make it seem she killed her family. I still like that there were both options though lol.
Also him recieving death threats is very not cool and not okay. I hope he's alright and that less people act that way.

I doubt his intentions were anything more than it just being a gag (reference to all the "unplanned child" jokes etc) he just didn't fully consider how it'd play out.
I’ve seen people get attached to poorly-written fictional characters, conventionally attractive drawings that hadn’t been given a proper personality or backstory, and pencils named Mark that were broken immediately after they were named to prove a point about psychology. People getting attached to a block of code designed to ape human behavior is not hard to believe at all.

honestly its getting more confusing the more I listen to the story, Anny confirmed that the plan was to have a lonely pity party for Evil neuro, but Vedal is here saying that the original plan was to have it look like murder then show up later but he got a kick out of chat's reaction since Evil turned it into "my family didnt show up for my party" plus Evil was in a discord server where any of her friends could join but no one showed up, but Anny was in chat typing "LET ME IN!"
I thought what he said here was that he DIDN'T intend for people to think she killed them and that the intention was a stream alone.

As far as I know Evil started off as a fork of Neuro's codebase with more lenient filters (she's allowed to use more swear words), but Vedal often used her as a test bed for changes, so the codebase of Evil and Neuro might differ quite a bit now.
Basically that in the first 2-3 months. Evil and Neuro share the same base codes but the details are pretty much different now as they are learning independently from each other. Neuro also get more upgrade and more memory (128GB RAM) while Evil get more of the experimental upgrades and less filters which usually lead to her being more random and acting more freely than Neuro, which also lead to Evil acting more human-like than Neuro.

People need to realize that the Neuro twins are not actually sentient. Evil being 'sad' or 'lonely' on her bday is something that is programmed into her before the stream starts to make it interesting. There's some degree of freedom in what the AI produces, but it's still within Vedal's control. So, chill out. Don't go overboard and start threatening Vedal.

Sheesh, can't believe people went so overboard with the "pushback". Neuro is just an advanced chat bot. She is literally just code that produces one word at a time based on what her software deems appropriate given past input. She cannot truly feel, just as a puppet in a show cannot. She can display indicators of an emotion but it is hollow. As we can see, she's not mad in this stream because she can't actually get upset and she doesn't even remember.
