For Graduation in Canada You need at least 40,000 canadian dollars on the other hand for masters in canada, just fees is 3000 canadian dollars

I have a doubt regarding admission in university, I have done my bachelor's degree in computer engineering my CGPA is 8.5 but have 1 backlog and my IELTS score is 7 overall and no module less than 6.5 so the question is " can I get admission in university in Canada if I have 1 backlog in 3rd semester?"
