ingredients :
ತಾಜಾಅವರೆಕಾಳು / fresh hyacinth beans - 250 gram
ಈರುಳ್ಳಿ ( ದಪ್ಪ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿರುವುದು ) / onion chopped big - 1
ಈರುಳ್ಳಿ ( ಸಣ್ಣ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿರುವುದು ) /onion chopped small - 1
ಶುಂಠಿ / ginger - 1/2 inch
ಹಸಿ ಮೆಣಸಿನಕಾಯಿ / green chilli - 4
ಟೊಮೇಟೊ ( ಹೆಚ್ಚಿರುವುದು ) tomato chopped - 1
ಚಕ್ಕೆ / cinnamon - 2 pcs
ಲವಂಗ / cloves - 4
ಏಲಕ್ಕಿ / elaichi - 1
ಪಲಾವ್ ಎಲೆ / bayleaf - 1
ಜೀರಿಗೆ / cumin seeds - 1 tsp
ಗೋಡಂಬಿ / cashews - 6 to 7
ಸೋಂಪು / fennel seeds - 1 tsp
ಧನಿಯ ಪುಡಿ / coriander powder - 2 tsp
ಗರಂ ಮಸಾಲ ಪುಡಿ / garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
ಉಪ್ಪು / salt - as per taste
ಕೊತ್ತಂಬರಿ ಸೊಪ್ಪು - coriamder leaves - little
ಎಣ್ಣೆ / oil - 2 tbs
