It is very hard I agree...I have found that going outside, looking up and saying a prayer for the lady in the w/c and her family with a request at the end of prayer to do unto them as they have done unto others...to help a little.
I used to work in a retirement center that also had a health center, assisted living with a dementia unit, three apartment complexes and what's called cottages which was basically two apartments side by side. I can honestly say, I never saw or heard of anything like this happening. I will never understand how a caregiver could treat someone of any age in the manner seen in the video. YT won't like what I really want to say, so I'll leave it at that.
