Im intersex also because of germ cell failure to fully reach my embryonic gonads during early sexual development during gestation. As a result One testis never developed or descended. The other testis did partly develop but always remained small. I had several surgery as a child to bring down this one testis in addition to having several germ cell teratoma removed. As an adult I developed at least stage three testicular ovary type cancer and several more very larger germ cell teratoma. One of these was attached to my undeveloped testis and was 10 cm long. The other was 17.5 cm long but was not malignant and was located in my upper abdomen deep down near the spine. This particular one took 6 hours of surgery to be removed. . In all this required seven months of treatments and surgery to control. in addition it took a total of twenty years for the nerve damage to finally diminish to an acceptable level that didn't require medication to control. Sadly from the time I first detected to growing testicular type tumor and went into the clinic and the time in which the doctors did something about it was nine months. The horrid nature of this situation was beyond belief. Not surprisingly Ive had to deal with gender dysphoria my whole life. Despite this I did marry and my spouse of many years has helped me survive all this and so much more.I live day to day as a male but my phycological makeup is clearly female. I hope someone with take away some comfort in that people like us can survive in a world that is not accepting .
@@UratHalimi positive comments from you makes living and surviving all that much more of a gift for me. As a side note a endocrinologist confirmed a month or so ago that I carry the genes for breast and ovarian cancer. My DNA is male yet I carry the gene. but the fact im intersex is the controlling factor at play.
@@davidmicheletti6292 I hope everything goes well, and the cancer tendencies don’t actually come into effect… I guess each one of us should just really try and take care of their health because at the end of the day everyone is exposed to cancer and other diseases. I wish you the best of luck!
Thankyou so much for posting! The fundamentalist Christians in our midst need to be aware of all this instead of judging something they have no idea about !
Jesus stated that some are born eunuchs, and some choose to be celibate. He also stated that many will find this hard to accept. It's medical science and a hypersexualized mindset that causes disillusion.
@@andrewtannenbaum1 So you as a clearly not medically educated person are telling me, that if you express an X0 Genotype ( meaning you miss an X Chromosome) you are a disillusionist ? So i should just pray and not go to the doctor i guess
@@physarumpolycephalum1228 While there would be decisions with respect to hormone therapy, they are not eunuchs. Jesus's statement applies to a man who, due to a genetic or hormonal disorder, is born a eunuch. I am suggesting that it is better that he be not made into woman for the sake of sexually activity. On the other hand, medical science can possibly help him become a sexually functioning man; for he is unequivocally a man. Then, there are cases where due to a number of reasons, including the limitations of medical science, that it is best to bear this burden as a man. But, as Jesus said, many will find this concept hard to accept.
You kinda skipped over the 7 grades, or three versions of AIS. Grades 3-5 starts getting into more ambiguous genitals. And PAIS is about 10x more occurrences than CAIS.
I probably have Mild AIS. My frustration is not having that condition. It is the perception of bad medical care I received that bothers me . During the yearly growth exams when you are nude on the exam table I would complain that I was cold. Suggesting I had some kind of hormonal issue because the room was warm enough that I shouldn't have felt cold. I don't ever remember receiving any blood tests during those yearly visits. Then after my pediatrician passed away I was switched to my family doctor. For some reason no one seemed to notice I had no body hair at age 18. 5 foot 9 inches tall and only 132 pounds with very thin limbs. Genitals close to micropenis in size. Maybe nothing would have changed with medical intervention. But part of me will always wonder. I suspect I have low oxytocin levels too because I never feel a bond with people when I most certainly should.
Thank you for this video. I would like to know your background - it's not shown in your channel info. Are you a former practitioner? Have you gotten a STEM degree? I am just curious! Thanks - Richard

Jesus stated that some are born eunuchs, and some choose to be celibate. He also stated that many will find this hard to accept. It's medical science and a hypersexualized society that causes people not to accept who they really are.
Society is always sexual. Otherwise humanity would be extinct, cause how many disasters happened in the past. And you wonder how humans survived so long? Yes, it's lots of f*cking and conceiving.
We dont care if you like this terminology. A disorder is by definitorum a process which is deviating in a pathological manner from the physiological process. Its not just diversity. This a medical conditions which ( in the most cases) need medical attention. Its not just a friggin diversity, please just for once use your brain.
-XY chromosomes -mutant androgen receptor in end genes that causes individuals to not be able to respond to these androgens (complete androgen insensitivity people can’t respond to androgens at all therefore they look phenotypically completely female) -internal testes in the abdomen due to the SRY gene (on the Y chromosome) that produce testosterone, but the body can’t respond to it due to the mutant androgen receptor hence why they have high testosterone in laboratory tests despite looking like females (body can’t respond so more is continuously made)
Indeed helpful, you are a treasure to mankind!

Dont get androgrn insensitivity
Ok thanks i was about get it but your comment changed everything
-XY chromosomes

It's something you're born with
