    Is dark mode really better for the eyes? I know you have video about this but still didn’t have a clear answer which is better for the eyes.

    Why does being outside help? Is it because we can focus more on things that are far away? Can I just look out of a window more instead?

      It’s the luminance levels and how our pupils constrict when exposed to bright environments. In other words just physically being outside is the best no matter what task you are doing. You can read more on “peripheral defocus” if you’d like to understand the theory behind it!
