Thanks! This video is sooo comprehensive and awesome! This video is the greatest discourse on OUD fragrance advice on youtube that i've EVER seen!! I LOOOOOOVE "Ameer Al Oud intense" and "Oud for Glory" and will buy a backup bottle of each VERY soon. "Opulent Oud" is now on my list to pick up thanks to your video, THANK YOU!! I’m glad that you find value in my content, that always makes me so happy when people say that. I hope you love opulent Oud. It has brown to be one my favourite from the trio. Phenomenal Review! So thorough and succinct, especially the comparisons among the fragrances mentioned was very helpful! Would love to see a video, on how you apply and layer your fragrances.

Yes I definitely agree it is thick and dense but that’s exactly what I like about it! I sprayed it on my jacket a couple days ago and I can still smell it but it’s almost choking me!😂😂😩😩Something about I think it’s how dense it is. Ameer is my favourite from lattafa!❤️

So informative thanks. I own oud bouquet and yes I only pull it out in Winter. Been wondering if Ameer Al oud is worth getting... I’ve been trying not to own duplicate fragrances as my collection is getting crazy. Would appreciate your opinion.
I’m a new subscriber to your channel. Great video! I have yet to buy any perfumes that have oud in them. I did, however purchase Lattafa Opulent Musk & Lattafa Pure Musk and while Pure musk was wearable, the Opulent Musk smelled incredibly horrible to my nose. I’m not sure what the note is in the Opulent Musk that smells so chemically to me, but it’s bad! It actually makes me sad because a lot of perfume reviewers love Opulent Musk, so it almost makes me feel like there’s something’s wrong with my nose. I actually bought 2 of them because they were about to sell out, so now I’m stuck with them….. I hear so many great things about Middle Eastern perfumes, which is why I tried those 2 because I love musk in perfumes. But I’m two for two with any Middle Eastern fragrances. Do you by chance have any suggestions for Middle Eastern fragrances that don’t have that chemical note in them that are just gorgeous fragrances that last long? TFS! 😇🙏🏼 EDIT: Today I received Lattafa Ameer Al Oud Intense in the mail and I fell in lovvvveeee! Would you say that Shaghaf Oud is anything like Ameer Al Oud? Also being that I love the Ameer Al Oud Intense what other middle eastern perfume would you suggest?
👍👍👍👍Yayyyy I was just about to recommend my beloved Ameer Al Oud Intense!😍😍😍😍I’m sooo happy that you love it. The opulent musk trio are not safe blind buys at all. To be the safest one is actually opulent musk but for you I guess that wasn’t the case. I would say try rahgba Wood intense, Shahgaf oud and Ameer al oud are different. The good thing is that they’re not too expensive. QA’ed by lattafa is also a good one also. Good luck next time.👍😉
I’m a new subscriber! I listened to the end. I have one ordered Ameer Al Oud Intense will get here next week. On my wishlist is Oud Mood, Opulent Musk! All 3 are blind buys for me but I love the notes in them. Fingers crossed 🤞🏽 hope I love the 3 the way I see your face light up talking about them. Thank you for sharing. 💕🌸
Hi Adrianna, I blind bought Lattafa Raghba and Wood Intense, I just can’t pull them off. I have Oud for glory and find that very fresh easy wearing. I have ordered Ameer Al Oud intense. Have I made a mistake? As I don’t enjoy the Raghba DNA but enjoy Oud for Glory vibe.
Ohhh wow I’m soo sorry you don’t like rahgba and wood intense. Ameer Al oud is different than the 2 but still along the same vibes. I enjoy Ameer Al Oud more than rahgba and wood intense. So hopefully you’ll like that one!🤞🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽
Ameer al oud is my fav smells like burnt sugar with nutmeg wore it on the train and got a complement saying i smell so cozy and only for 20$ it last long and projects well so strong its a 10 out of 10
Ooo that’s tough! Rahgba intense leans masculine and rahgba I would say is on the mature side. 21 yr old boy, rahgba intense, girl rahgba og!🤷🏾♀️I hope they like it!😉👍
I think the time of year definitely affect how some of these come across... loved Ameer al oud when i bought it early spring and house mate liked it so much he swapped me for Le Male Elixir... but i got another sample and now it's summer a few sprays smoked me out :)
Try layering oudmood and see if you like it more! I just received it and i am playing with Sheikh and oud mood ❤️ I think i saw this combinations from a fragrance a glance chanel☺️
My favorite Oud is Lattafa Oudain, smooth as silk, sweet, no harshness. Also, Oud Lail Maleki has a strong oud open but turns into a fantastic sweet/floral. The harshest I have is Ra'ed Oud, which gives me nausea at the opening. Best to harshest, mine rank: 1. Oudain 2. Oud Lail Maleki 3. Bawadi 4. Thara al Oud 5. Oud Mood 6. Maahir 7. Oud Blend 8. Pure Oudi 9. Ra'ed Oud.
I would go with Shanghaf oud! I feel most people tend to gravitate more towards shaghaf oud. Rahgba is boozy and smoky, I think one would pull for that one more! Hope this helps!😉👍🏾
Layer oud mood with BBW Into the night in the autumn and winter . You ll smell sexy , boozy . Its almost gourmandish like a middle eastern sweet dessert with spices . The spicy note gives the edge and booziness , feels very mature .
If I were to pick between oud mood and shaghaf oud, which one would you recommend more? I like long lasting, sweet, feminine, expensive smelling perfumes :) btw love ur channel !!
So sorry for the late response. I took a longer than expected break from UA-cam but AGREED, Shanghai oud is your best bet!👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾🔥🔥🔥Thank you so much!🤗🤗🤗…..and happy new year!
@@AdriennaDC Hi Adrienna, apparently the store I'm purchasing from ran out of Ameer so I ended up buying Majd Al Sultan Instead, can you also recommend that perfume?
21:53 that is the Luxe edition of Sheikh Al Shuyukh, there are at least 5 Sheikhs and Luxe is very unique. The Concentrated (Marakaz) version is a FANTASTIC freshie, no oud or anything like that.
I was so curious about your list. I've tried about 20 Oud fragrances and sadly it isn't really a note that works for me (euphemism if there ever was one 😢). Most of the synthetic Oud, particularly those in Lattafa fragrances, smells awful on my skin. Like burnt rubber, gasoline (or a mix), or simply 💩 (yup). Think Bade'e Al Oud (Amethyst), Sheikh Al Shuyukh Luxe Edition, Shaghaf Oud, Opulent Red, Oud Mood....ALL REVOLTING! (There are a few that aren't that disgusting, but they're still not nice, like an antique table that has stood in a damp shed, moldy woodish). In my opinion *absolutely nothing* with Oudh is safe as a blind buy. Not just because it can be a particular smell, but because I'm not alone in how (synthetic) ouds can project on skin. Many fragrances with oud have the potential to be gorgeous due to the rest of their pyramid, but if you're like me you won't smell that. You'll only get that vomitinducing Oud note 🤢. So: buy samples!!! Get decants! Can't find them, then try for the 20ml pocketsprays. They're usually not that much more expensive than 2ml samples (in my country at least), and they look like thicker creditcards with an indentation for the atomizer. Ideal for in your handbag or pocket. If your skin likes Oudh, you're in luck: those stronger ouds are longevity bombs and sometimes projection bombs too. So, do I have zero ouds? Nope, there are a few exceptions and funnily enough those are among my favourite Arab perfumes. They are: Lattafa Raghba, Lattafa Ameer Al Oudh Intense oud, Armaf Club de Nuit Intense Woman and then 3 even softer ones: Ard Al Zaafaran Romancea, Ard Al Zaafaran Jazzab Gold (de-li-ci-ous!❤) and Ard Al Zaafaran Shams el Emarat Khususi. These all have an Oudh that's warm, sweet, creamy, grassy, sandalwoodsy.
Wow ok so obviously you’ve had some bad experiences with certain ouds but you just need to find the ones you like. Evidently you don’t like strong ouds, you probably like more subdued Oud fragrances which is normal. A lot of people are afraid of strong Oud scents, but me know the more Middle Eastern the better!😉😉😉You definitely have a few nice ones in your collection. Good luck with the other ones that you try. you would definitely benefit from sampling but me I don’t care for sampling.
Would it be redundant to get sheikh al shuyuk and ameer al oudh intense or are they different enough to get both? I'm tryna save coin if they're similar!
😳😳😳😳It doesn’t last??? an over sprayer? The sound of someone over spraying shaghaf oud is scary. It’s so strong, how can it not last on you? Try oud bouquet, Ameer Al Oud, and Sheikl shuyulk.
@@AdriennaDC from what I understand is that the one I got (english writting) its a new formulation and its water down. So yeah love the smell and i do like 8 sprays to make it last 4 hours top on skin thanks for the recommendationa
Gurllll I doused myself in Sheikl Shuyukh about a month ago and had to take a shower😩😩😩haven’t touched it since then! I love it BUT it is not to be played with!😂😂😂I would never over spray her and definitely not shaghf oud!
Black Aoud and Intense Black Aoud are two of my faves from Montale. I don't really get any animalic nuances in either, or perhaps my nose no longer detects that. Oud is one of my favorite notes in perfumery so I can really appreciate your lineup. I have many of the ones you have.
IKR!😂😂😂It’s crazy I’m glad I never sold it! But I’m glad I can actually tolerate it and understand the fragrance now! Thanks girl, I’m glad you enjoyed!🤗😉❤️❤️
**Update it’s actually leaving a big scent trail. I just got a compliment however she asked me if I’m wearing BK540!😊 Literally seemed as if she was following me! I gave her that face like why are you so close??😩😖😖😖Not realising she was sniffing out my fragrance!😂😂😂
Hey luv, so rahgba is the most feminine and sweetest of the three but Ameer Al oud is the most beautiful of the three! Ameer Al oud is sweet then Oud mood as well.😉
I'm surprised you didnt include Kayali Sweet Diamond Pink Pepper in this video. Oud might not be listed as an ingredient but I swear it has Oud in it and smells very very similar to Oud Bouquet....a great alternative to it as well!!
Yhhh a lot of people say that but. Ona said it doesn’t! it’s probably the spices mixing with the patchouli and musk! Beautiful fragrance none the less!❤️
I think you would love that one! I think you might like it more than BK540☺️It just gives you more umph😉 and the bottle more looks like it’s worth £215.00!🙈😆
You brought out some of my favorite Oud fragrances! I know that Oud Ispahan is not for me. I am making a wishlist and hoping the Oud is not too strong lol. Great choices Adrienna! 😍❤️
Thanks luv! I love oud ispahan, I find it to be addictive. It smells expensive, definitely gives me what I want from an oud fragrance. I heard it use to be strong I would’ve loved that!😆😆Im so into oud right now! i think you can find some good ours out there that’s definitely not to strong! 🤗❤️
Hey luv, it’s completely different! Maahir has a lot more going on. The oud in both of them has some sharpness to it but they’re different to me. I love them both! Oud ispahan smells more expensive but both very satisfactory!😉
omg what?? The drydown of Ispahan is close to Oud Mood?? They're distinctively different. Ispahan's drydown is fecal/animalic oud whereas Oud Mood is sharp, sweet, woody synthetic. And Middle Eastern doesn't only have Dubai!
Not because something is DISTINCTIVELY DIFFERENT means they don’t have DISTINCTIVE SIMILARITIES! Both scents have a smokiness and powdery touches to them. You seem to be dismissing the fact that the fragrances have other elements other than fecal, animatic, sweet, woody and synthetic! I’m also confused as to where in this video I said Dubai is the only Middle Eastern country!
@@AdriennaDC if you take other notes or accords into account then the differences become more massive lol. Oud Mood has synthetic woody medicinnal Cambodian oud type with spices and gourmand in the drydown. While Oud Ispahan’s drydown is all about that barnyard quality of real oud. Try again when you actually know fragrances. And the fact that I brought up Dubai is because you kept associating oud and Middle Eastern with DUBAI in the vid.
Yes it’s already in my trolley on Amazon. I’ve been hesitant because someone compares it to rahgba or was it 24 gold🤔! One of those so I held back cause I heard it was similar. Thank you for the recommendation!😉

Gurllll I doused myself in Sheikl Shuyukh about a month ago and had to take a shower😩😩😩haven’t touched it since then! I love it BUT it is not to be played with!😂😂😂I would never over spray her and definitely not shaghf oud!
@@AdriennaDC lessons learnt 😂
Thank you for posting this helpful video
Black Aoud and Intense Black Aoud are two of my faves from Montale. I don't really get any animalic nuances in either, or perhaps my nose no longer detects that. Oud is one of my favorite notes in perfumery so I can really appreciate your lineup. I have many of the ones you have.
Thank you so much! I am loving that note of oud as well. For me black Aoud is just a very risky scent profile in my opinion.
Wow I remember you hated Black Oud when you first got it! Very surprising no 1, enjoyed the video 👍👍👍💝
IKR!😂😂😂It’s crazy I’m glad I never sold it! But I’m glad I can actually tolerate it and understand the fragrance now! Thanks girl, I’m glad you enjoyed!🤗😉❤️❤️
I finally picked up oud for glory, now I need to grab opulent musk!
I’m wearing opulent musk this morning! Beautiful, it’s giving me moderate projection. 😉
Hey Veronica how do you like Oud for glory, I just ordered it for my hubby but I cannot wait
@@Bebs-di5no I like the first hour a lot! Really great. Then it becomes subtle - still nice. At least this was my experience with it. Hope this helps!
Would you say the rhagba is compared to ameer al oudh intense oud or what?
Noooo Rahgba is different, a much different vibe then Ameer al oud for sure!
Layer amer al oud with a vanilla fragrance 🔥🔥🔥
Please Teil me if ameer al oud is sweeter then oud mood?Which one including raghba is the most feminin
Hey luv, so rahgba is the most feminine and sweetest of the three but Ameer Al oud is the most beautiful of the three! Ameer Al oud is sweet then Oud mood as well.😉
@@AdriennaDC thank you so much. 😊Love your channel.
pricesly explained. Thank you❤
Great upload,I enjoyed every bit of this video.
🤗🤗🤗🤗Thank you so much!🤗❤️
I love mahir gold its a bit animalic but not skanky barnyardy like ajmal 1001 nights.
Wish I'd seen this before I made some of my recent purchase decisions 😭
😂😂😂Just add them to the wishlist!
Beautiful fragrance none the less!❤️
try the lattafa lahdath as well- there is hardly any reviews on that on YT- and that one is a banger...
I will look it up! Thank you for the recommendation!😉😉Im always looking for more Middle Eastern fragrances to explore!👍❤️
Hello Adrienne here watching. Can’t wait to see your choices.
Hey Pat!🤗🤗🤗Thank you got stopping by!😉❤️
This was a brilliant video!
Thank you!👍🏽😉
I’m really interested in Opulent Musk, love that bottle too 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽
I think you would love that one! I think you might like it more than BK540☺️It just gives you more umph😉 and the bottle more looks like it’s worth £215.00!🙈😆
Great reviews. thank you!
Omg I love this vidéo thank u
Omg more to my wish list😅❤️🤩😆
😂😂
Ohhhh I love rhagba. It’s so nice
Rahgba started it all! It’s so addictive!
I have 11 from your list. I love oriental fragrances :D
👍👍👍👍Perfect that means you have really good taste!😉
Sehr al Sheila is similar to Santal Royal? ☹️Second one is too masculine and sour for me. High quality fragrance anyway
lol Yes my dear I’m afraid it’s a little similar to santal royal! Yes definitely quality fragrances
!😉😉
Here for the oud and that hat!
lol Thanks luv!😉🤗❤️
Yes hun come through with the Oud
Yes girlfriend obsessed with oud right now!
Amazing video!!thx!!❤
Thank you!👍😉❤️
Absolutely love this video
Thank you Jacqueline!😉
Love love 😍 your videos!
🤗🤗🤗🥰Thank you so much!😉
You brought out some of my favorite Oud fragrances!
Oud Ispahan doesn't have real oud, so you should be fine.👍Several of these fragrances actually don't contain any real oud at all.
Fabulous. Thank you.
Great review!!!
Thank you!👍😉
Cute hat. Thanks for the list!
🤗🥰Thank you and your welcome!😉
How does maahir compare to Oud ispahan?
Hey luv, it’s completely different! Maahir has a lot more going on. The oud in both of them has some sharpness to it but they’re different to me. I love them both! Oud ispahan smells more expensive but both very satisfactory!😉
Whew I don’t think I’m ready for the #1
Let this be our secret about OUD scents because this time next year 5x the price, I am stocking up now
I know, I’ve seen one of them I bought from Afnan for £60 at a price of £79 now so they’re definitely climbing.
Fantabulous video.oud all the way
Yes love me some oud in my fragrances!
I don’t have oud for glory. I have to get that one.
I think it’s a steal of a deal! Couldn’t more happier!
And the fact that I brought up Dubai is because you kept associating oud and Middle Eastern with DUBAI in the vid.
first time see you and i loved !! im a new sub !! and I love what you do !!
🤗🤗🤗👍😉Thank you so much, I appreciate that. I’m so glad you’re loving my content!❤️
Wow 🤩

Thanks luv!😉🤗❤️
Check out ard al zafaran Fakhar al oudh
Yes it’s already in my trolley on Amazon. I’ve been hesitant because someone compares it to rahgba or was it 24 gold🤔! One of those so I held back cause I heard it was similar. Thank you for the recommendation!😉
🤩
Amazing review 👍 of an amazing oud and oud accord fragrances collection.
I fellow another channel for man: Marco 4 U Perfumes and I have to admit that yours is very professional🔥
Thank you so much!🤗🤗🤗I am very happy you enjoyed this video. I really appreciate this comment. Happy new year to you! I’ve been on a little break so I am just catching up. Take care!🤗😉

Naaahhhh i hate Raghba 😩😩😩 i wish I liked it.
☹️☹️Rahgba is sooooooo good! For the price tag, it’s bomb!😂
It’s the armpit for me 😂
😆😆😆😆Literally that’s how I felt when I first smelled it!
