Recirculating Accumulation Conveyors Reduce Product Jams

Engineered Solutions - Jams in bottleneck areas can be a major production issue, especially when trying to singulate small parts on their way from one process to another. The applications in this video use multiple (two or three) conveyors moving in opposite directions with guide rails in position to keep the product recirculating in an accumulation area before transferring to a single conveyor without jams at a cost effective price.

The video from 0.36 onwards was shot in our plant purely for the purpose of demonstrating what can be done with multiple plastic chain belts in an accumulation application. The conveyors moving the Coke cans were built for a similar, but different project.
