This was my first time seeing Jordan and learning about his company.
One year later I have a set of his TFS heads/Comp cam combos for my SVT Lightning!
They look so good I don’t want to install them.
    Thanks Andrew and Jordan

I blueprinted my 6 cyl Ford 4.0 L engine back in 2004 used over sized pistons and moly rings nothing special and block still running strong today - I brought all tolerance up to the narrowest figure allowed eased off just a bit so it took a long time to run in with some early overheating issues but it has lasted all this time and still runs around 90% compression on all cyls and refuses to die

so ball park how much would it cost to rebuild the engine? or how much ballpark would something like what youve done to your mustang cost appprox? im looking at having to do that after the turbo was rebuilt, never did a compression test and the price keeps going up on me so im pulling it out, i would love to know a ballpark so i know if im getting royaly ripped or just gently screwed ya kno.... please help me out.. i paid over 1200 for the turbo to get sent out 5 months later got it back, and now they r saying 3400 to rebuild the top end, and just called today asking if i would be down with just doing a complete engine swap!
please help me out andrew im getting royally screwed i know more than i let on about cars, and the first thing he should have done before even sending the turbo out was to do a complete compression test... do you agree? please help me out im beyond on overload, i just wish i could sell the car and just part ways and get a motorcycle instead or something.. please let me know a ballpark so i can compare and see how bad im getting ripped..
thanks soo very much in advance hope your healthy and safe.. god speed man i wish i could!

It could be a big mistake using the electric impact to chase them threads like that me personally I would do all that by hand so that way you can be more precise doing it one little mistake on driving the thread chaser too deep or driving it in there on a very slight angle and that block becomes a very expensive boat anchor or you could hold the block together with Heli-Coils which is not a good idea at all because the block would not hold together at all especially as soon as you put any good amount of HP or TQ

When he says shamper, its called shoulder in most engineering circle ,but who cares right and does anyone know what the symbol for a nut and bolt are in engineering drawings, its a X and 0. cheers :) and using titanium bolts will make those critical larger bolts even more stringer and less weight thus improving stability as good titanium bolts are around the 14.9 grade and not the standard 12.9 grade and even hex bolts are stronger than your normal factory bolts so the stronger bolts you have and the stronger material used when rebuilding a block and all the various other areas when building for performance its better to use the best products and thus you don't have to worry about bolts breaking and more importantly the blueprinting and balancing is the most important for any engine build, as it is shown on various videos a coin is placed on the rocker cover and the engine is reved over 7,000 rpm and the coin does not fall over now that is perfection people. :)

    • @JE-ed6te

5.4 truck block = same bore as 4.6 but longer stroke for more torque. Ford GT (5.4) and GT500 (5.8) have same stroke (as 4.6) but bigger bore for more horsepower.
