I love Bill. He's great with everything he does. He looked like he was having fun with it! His wife is right. I think he dances hot & always simply looks hot! Seems like a really good family man, too!
Thank you for these. I loved his routines. He wasn’t the most athletic but they were always creative and he never relied on his more trained dance partner the way some untrained contestants tended to do at first.
Bill is the best..verycute too!!
He pulled a groin muscle. That would limit him. Enormously. Also his knee went bad too.

Bill was 58 years old and tore his groin, pulled a hamstring and blew his knee out, having to get a total knee replacement after the show. Bill was amazing to continue with the show while in so much pain! That shows so much about the type of person he is.

One of the most memorable couples in this competition. Bill probably didn't have the techniques or stamina of the younger competitors, but almost everyone liked him!!! They had good chemistry always coming up with something funny. Bill and Emma never gave up on their fans! They were always fun to watch!

I think it wasn't just a loyal fan base that kept him there on the show, but the fact that he just seemed to be so happy all the time with what he was doing. Seeing him so happy just made me have to be happy too. I would have voted for him right to the end if I had had a chance to do so. Such pure happiness.
He has actually thanked his fans for this. It was so hard on him that by the end of the show, he had to have his knee replaced.
The only time he looked unhappy to be there was probably the week hunting season started 😂. If Inremember right theres 1 singular performance he isnt the most happy camper. Not angry, but would rather have been hunting, probably
Well let me tell you if it was me working my regular job and 2-3weeks to get ready to dance and be on TV let me set everyone straight I'd get a big minus 10 and then some so to me you get a 10+. I loved you both a fantastic job from the heart.And here's your sign. 😎👍👍Great Job People. 😇

the dances ware they had to get close look so akword for bill but i i understand the man loves his wife
He discussed in some of his later intervuews that it was awkward not only because of his wife being in thr audience but also because of the age difference it made him uncomfortable
Bill's personality kept him in it. I suspect the injury dropped his performances in the latter dances.
I loved every dance that Bill Engvall and Emma did! Could some have been better? Probably but I have seen much worse dancing on that show and you could tell that Bill gave it everything and had a great time doing it. Would love to see more like him on the show.
He was also hurt pretty bad as well but I think he did well

You gotta remember, Bill blew out his knee along about the halfway point and was according to him on a lot of pain medication for the rest of the season.
It cost him his knee, his groin, and Deer Season, but if America itself has backed a team from start to finish more than them, I'd like to know.

Total damage he took was a MCL tear total tearing of his groin muscle and hamstring yet he still made the finals. It took massive amounts of painkillers but he made it.

I saw his comedy show on his performance and I don't agree with his assessment. He did REALLY great on the waltz styles and not so great on the dorky dances 🤣🤣
They both were awesome ! Good job on all dances!

As a former ballroom dancer, I really enjoyed watching DWTS until they got Woke and brought Tyra Banks on as the narcissistic Host. She made the show more about her than the dancers. And then they went and introduced lesbian partners. That was it for me. Envall and Slater were the best for an amateur.
Just made me sad I don't have cable TV. Missed this whole thing.
Hey he wasn't that bad. I've seen MUCH worse in terms of guest dancers. Billy Ray Cyrus, a couple of right wing politicians immediately spring to mind. But fans REALLY need to take into consideration that putting these people through physical paces like this takes a toll on their untrained bodies. Be kind when voting through dancers.
