You hit upon a really good point at 7:39 - there were SOOOO many possibilities - with and without cameos - with the concept of a legal show in the Marvel Universe: a Mob Boss sues the Punisher for Assault, the owner of the parking lot sues Jen for property damage she caused when fighting Daredevil, etc or like you stated, she ends up in our world and instead of meeting a literal Deus Ex Machina ( I just realized that K.E.V.I.N. was probably supposed to be an intelligent joke in series) she tries to kill the writers and they have to try and evade her long enough to write her back into her own world. . . SOOO many possibilities wasted with this Man-hating, superficial claptrap they actually gave us.
