Thanks Eddie! The AX-EDGE requires a host device and cannot connect directly to a WM-1 via its internal bluetooth. For the set up you are describing, you can you 2 x WM-1 - 1 for the AX-EDGE and the other for the KRONOS.
hi Can I control my XV-5050 with the Lucina-AX09? The AX09 only has only 5-pin midi-out, BUT has a usb-B type on the back. With an appropriate usb-gender-bender cable, will the WM1-D work plugged into the Lucina, .. and then the regular WM-1 plugged into the XV-5050? thanks in advance.

Hello….I have a Novation MIDI keyboard controller with standard MIDI In/Out jacks, and an iPad that has the Korg Mod Pro app. Is there any way that I can use the Roland WM-1 and the WD-1 to let my Impulse keyboard play the Korg Mod Pro music using the sounds from my iPad going out to a speaker? I have your WM-1and also the WM-1D, but I’m just curious what connections it would take to do this, if this is possible. Thanks for any thoughts.
Yes you can use the WM-1/D with the iPad as you mentioned - If the Korg app is able to receive external Bluetooth MIDI from within the app, then you can set the WM-1 up with your iPad as is laid out in page 6 of the manual to use it in standard mode (Any reference to iPhone works for iPad as well). If you want to use fast mode - you can even use the WM-1D with your iOS device using a camera connection kit.
That's not entirely true! The functionality is built-in for Mac, so Mac users do not require the WM-1D dongle. It will work on Windows PCs, but not natively, so you need the WM-1D as well.
