Fence is for Criminals. crime rate is high in South Africa so we have electric fences and walls to keep criminals out or delay them
Is there something that keeps you, and especially Janna, from touching the electric fence on your side or could you get zapped as well?
Nothing is keeping anyone from touching the fence, you won't die it will give you a really bad ZAP! my dog touched it a few times haha.
