This appeared as a recommendation for me, I remember when I was working on this machine while working in the chips factory. It was very tough dealing with these machines, lots of jams and errors.
@@robertapascal6962 I am no longer working in the factory but as far as I remember, the machines were not too old since the factory was established in the last decade. We also had issues in back seals, date print codes, registration marks and so on. What an annoying machine it was!
Yea, I'm currently a Bagger Operator at a food production facility and I operate a similar Bagger as well. Nothing but Jaw jams and scale errors all night long.
Wow so awkward threading the film down the tube. I was taught a much easier and faster way to thread it. Pull a bit right through the front of the machine, do an angle cut, where the overlap side is longer than the inner-side. Thread the longer tail through the front of the tube. Hold the tail and pull it around the tube and there you have it. I have operated these machines for about 18 years, and my tube forming changes are only 15 min from start to finish.
@@nogo3972 there's no way.. they give you 20mins to thread the film and feed it down the former and former tube on the operators exam. I work at Campbell's and that's how long they give you. I take my exam in a few weeks and I'm gonna try practicing with what the original commenter said. Cutting it so that the left side is longer than the right
Hi, I'm trying to square the film on one of these machines, but it goes out of square again after a few minutes, I've tried several things, apart from the fact that it's the first time I'm reviewing this type of machine, I'd appreciate any helpful comments. Thank you

How old was the machine? I work in a cereal plant and the back seal is a big issue. The triangle machines are 30 years old.

@@zth2023 sounds like operator error to me. You gotta get in there and make adjustments.
