I wonder about the un - educated people or people who are blind or in a hurry or something.. if they touched the things.. I don't really know what this refers to.. the over head lines or something idk..

Even if everybody knew the dangers, there would still be people that climb on trainroofs. We have one case every few years here too.
Now in India
People don't travel on train's roof.
