I am seeing plot in lucknow And I am afraid of getting caught in agent's fraud. Agent लखनऊ में नगर निगम की सीमा में प्लाट दिखाते है जो प्राइवेट कॉलोनी में होती है जिसमे कॉलोनी की layout LDA से approved नही होता है। जिसमें दोनों तरह की जमीन होती है ।1-दाखिल खारिज आवासीय प्लाट 2 -143 आवासीय प्लॉट। Sir मैं जानना चाहता हूं कि 1- इसमें से किस तरह की प्लाट (दाखिल खारिज आवासीय प्लाट या 143 प्लाट ) लेनी चाहिए? 2-नगर निगम की सीमा में प्लाट लेने पर घर का नक्सा पास कराना जरूरी होता है क्या?? जिससे घर unauthorised construction म ना आये। 3-नगर निगम की सीमा में घर का नक्सा कौन कौन authority पास कर सकती है? 4- एक बार मै LDA आफिस गया था वहाँ एक senior आर्किटेक्चर कह रहे थे unapproved colony में घर का नक्सा तभी पास होता है जब कॉलोनी में 30ft की front रोड हो लेकिन प्राइवेट कॉलोनी में max 25ft ही रोड मिलता है। फिर हम unapproved कॉलोनी में घर किससे permission लेकर बनाएं जिससे घर unauthorised construction में ना आये। 4- नगर निगम की सीमा में घर वनाने से पहले क्या क्या formality करनी पड़ती है जिससे घर unauthorised न हो। Please guide me sir 👏 promod1287@gmail.com
