at the end of each connector, you can add a larger diameter of heat shrink that acts as a cover, only shrink one end of the heat shrink.

Heck yeah bro .. i just put a 4849g (g25-550) on my daily toy n man its rough on your internals down low .. i am basically positive pressure soon as im off idle 😅 but i feel once i go for 9k rpms it might have some serious back pressure at that high a rpm ... i also run 34psi so that prolly dont help 😅 but its forged and built ... if the s2k has rods i say go 4849 and send it but if not maybe the 58 would be the good medium... love the content bro peace and love all keep it rad stay safe and build on l8z famz and keep having fun
Im in the process of doing battery relocation to the trunk i put a catch can "box" where the battery tray is i had thought about relocating the fuse box as well looks clean man keep up the good work

A little late with a comment, but DC5 creations have tucked AC lines and condensor for Civic's. Maybe they have some lines that can be used on S2000 as well, so you can tuck the lines behinde the fender?

You should think about a fuse by the battery. You have 8 feet or so of 0 gauge wire that god forbid your wire chafes threw, i wouldn't want to see it burn down. Yes your fuse in the fuse box should give, but that isnt stopping a positive wire possibly touching bare metal untill sparks fly. Not hating bro just want you to think about it. Its not like its an easy replacable wi civic. Safety measures need to be taken when relocating a battery.
I put a waterproof circuit breaker right next to the battery instead of a fuse. It still protects the wire but can be easily reset instead of having to buy a new fuse
Use the factory heat shield, someone people run that manifold with the oem heat shield, has to be cut slightly but fits. make a new video of the haltec elite 1500 now that you are more familiar with it, give us a review on it.

I normally never wrap any as I don’t need too but this one is a bit different
