I enjoy your projects. Th e background music not so much. It's very distracting. I would prefer to hear the actual sounds of the project along with a description of what you are doing and the tools and materials used.
I love your shop cat.
There's nothing easy, cheap, quick or safe in wood working.
It's all worth it most of the times, but that's how it is.
The hole looks too big for the smaller birds. How would you clean the box out every year? Nice design I would suggest using dowels in the bottom that could be pulled out and replaced when its needs cleaning.
yes, in fact something can be improved, thanks for the suggestions !
@@ilbotteghino no problem, I make bird boxes, garden benches, tables and fkower boxes. Always looking for way to improve products.
Also add drainage in the bottom. Birds can get fluffed out. I skip the perch because it makes it easier predator birds to attack the nest.
also check birding websites for what interior volume is good for local birds to go along with hole size. Might help sell them if you could tell a customer what kind of birds would be attracted to the house.
You can make this more bird friendly. On the inside of the front cover, fasten some small twigs so that fledglings have easier access to exit hole.
It would be nice if you display the measurements on you videos. thanks
Nice job, but please take care of your fingers, they are going too near the saw
Should put the glue in the hole then insert the dowel. Reduces the glue squeeze out
Shouldn’t put a dowel in at all. Small birds don’t need it but larger birds could use it to attack the nest inside.
03:59 Feed me birds!!!!
Love the video.
In the bird box, rough up the inside wall below the exit hole so the baby birds can climb to the hole. 5:20
How do you clean out that birdhouse??
How are you supposed to get the bird house open to clean it out once a year?
That is exactly what I was thinking! 👍
Great video and ideas thanks for sharing. What pillar drill do you use ?
Exelente video , bendiciones gracias
Gracias por pasarte por mi canal
No perch needed if this is a real birdhouse for wild birds. Gives big birds a place to sit and get the baby birds out of the house. If decoration, then it makes no deifference.
Nice but how do you clean it out .?
What was the hole in the bottom of the speaker box?
O amplificador para celular funcionou? A música de fundo não deixou ouvir...
Good job. Nice idea 👍
Thanks! 😀😀😀
Nice birdhouse. I would consider using Titebond III for anything staying outside.
Where can I get the dimensions for the smartphone amplifier thingy? My daughter will love one
Seems to be like a recipe. You can tweak it to fit your needs and desires. I wish he didn't have that music playing over it so that we could hear the difference it made.
That needs vent holes near the top on all 4 sides so it doesn't get stifling hot, and it needs drain holes on the bottom for waste and in case rain gets in. Good workmanship though.
And a mini fridge!
i've had wood planters, wishing wells etc. on FB and offerup...all I get is a boat load of "Is this still available and no replies...
You need to be able to open the box once the babies left, so you can clean out the nesting materials…….
No provision left for cleaning out the birdhouse.🐦🤔😣
Can't hear the phone for the extremely annoying MUSIC!
No, not the sounds of sawing, sanding and drilling - it’s just noise. Talking and explanation yes.
S a l o m o n sliman larach good dezayner 10,10
Ciao ma I progetti dove si trovano? Grazie
The dowel is unnecessary and the RSPB says NOT TO ADD ONE because it can help predators
Hey kids, be sure to use a push stick when playing with your table saw - or else you risk losing your fingers!
But he has all of his fingers and he used the push stick... So I don't understand what you mean.
@@tony69em i was thinking the same thing but he is increasing his chances of an accident without one & its good practice to use them
@@msk3905 but he was using it. Wasn't he? I absolutely agree with the use of them.
The only time he didn’t use one was when his fingers were well clear of the blade. I don’t see any reason for you to call him a fool though; that’s just plain rude. That being said, you are right to stress shop safety. Almost every woodworker, at some point, will get too relaxed around their saw and as a result will lose some flesh… the hard and painful way. Ask me how I know. 😖
@@timdoyon1964 fair point re: name calling. I was in a mood but you're right, I shouldn't have and so have edited my comment to focus on the real issue which is doing things safely. That board he was cutting in the first project was small and light enough, and his fingers weren't that far - that even the slightest bit of lateral force could have made the pieces fly and pull his hand to the blade.
What equipment are you using. Like the type of nail or staple gun
10:15 Kullanılan ucun ismi nedir?
Dimencions please
Making generic birdhouses is a waste of time that could be better spent learning how to actually make one one that would be used.
Sell them where?
Shipping $ packing$
Wood$ finishing $
Taxes. $ pap pal cut$
No money to be made.
Yep, I can see how easy it's so easy to get swamped with wood crafting stuff, so many great ideas. For an impressive collection that has it all, just go’ogle the stuff in Woody Hyezmar's Woodworking Bible which he is giving away as of today.

I'm really sure you can build it yourself. I did this 2 weeks ago thanks to the Woodglut plans.
