- Put this dinner recipe on repeat! A nourishing, balanced, DELICIOUS easy meal we constantly have on our meal plan rotation!
The great thing about this recipe is you really can adapt it based on the ingredients and quantities you have. We often dice chicken breast but it’s also delicious with grass-fed ground beef. Sometimes I add frozen corn too!
It keeps really well for leftovers (I swear it tastes even better the next day 😋) which is why we always make such a big batch! Or I often freeze half the batch and save it for a few weeks out.
