Great going! That envoy hunt was a pain. There were so many of them, and all over the place, and not much of an explanation about what they were or their role. I know you don't really follow the stories, but I'd have liked it better if there were a more story-focused set of sidequests to unlock the final boss. But that was awesome!
In a way, i agree with you. But i do also like not having all the answers when finishing a game. It leaves space for a good conversation on what really happened.
@@karniancommunitygaming Another thing about the story that didn't hang together for me: in the beginning it's sort of hinted that the player character is the eldritch abomination that's awakening, and I thought I'd be fighting adventuring explorers from the surface as I gained more power. Only fighting other abominations just felt off to me.
@@karniancommunitygaming One thing I did find intriguing was the Vizier in the Mirrorways world. If you look at the background it hints as a green and healthy world. I'm guessing that was some kind of reflection or preservation of the world before the Red Star and the weirdness.
As it stands, I'm a little confused about what the last boss actually was and what I was meant to accomplish. From that late boss in the observatory tower, I guess that the experiments stargazing somehow called or enhanced the damaged done by the Red Star.
@@Eldritchfan Since the lore is getting teardropped on us. I would have to go read everything back to back in order to understand to whole point. I feel similar to when i played hollow knight for the first time.
By the way, I never got that archivist fight you did in the prior vid. I told the librarian to explore the city and you told him to stay in the library. I wonder if he's somewhere out there, and I could get a different encounter if I find him?

Great work Karnian! How long did it take to find them all?
@@marielacasseperreault494 way too long. 3h30 to 4h00 long. The last one was a pain! BUT I DID IT!

Maybe, more exploration on the menu on your end?
@@karniancommunitygaming Maybe, but like you I think I'm done with Void Wrought for now. Might play it again later.
@@Eldritchfan Have you ever played HAAK?
@ What’s that stand for?
@@Eldritchfan It's a really good metroivania. One of my favorite in the newer ones.
