Favourite class of all those I have watched this WDB 2020 - I loved the wamth and humour of the wonderful ballet master and the personal tips and encouragement he gave to every single dancer.
CONGRATULATIONS Carlos Acosta, SIR!!! 5 years back in 2016-2017 I had the fortune of doing what MANY Americans have NEVER done. I visited Havana, Cuba twice!!! As a seasoned performing artist/dancer myself, visiting the country on holiday, I was ECSTATIC to get an opportunity to meet Mr.Acosta!!! I met him right on "La Linea Street" directly in front of his dance company's building "Acosta Danza". He was extremely kind enough to take a photo alongside me. I'll NEVER forget his humility. The man is a BALLET GENIUS!!! His dancers in his Cuban company are PHENOMENAL! I watched them taking a form of contemporary barre & some rehearsals during my whole stay in Cuba..peering thru the windows from the street!!! I WAS SO INSPIRED to get moving All over again! AND I HAVE! I have nothing short of Absolute RESPECT for Mr.Acosta. -Levensky Smith👏🔥🔥🔥🔥
I only meant to watch 5 minutes during my lunch, I was gripped by the dancing the music and the choreographer, the excellent repour he has with his students. You get to know everybody's names and will them on to get better as they keep on trying. Excellent Class!! Well Done to All!!!!x
@@mireyanienstadt375 Dear Mireya, this class is literally the company though! Wonderful professional artists warming-up to prepare them for the workload ahead. They are working 💪 🧡
This was the most beautiful exhibition of an English-style ballet class I've ever seen. Thank you all so much! Honestly, the link should be sent to every RAD major student on the planet!
That was wonderful fun! The lads were wonderfully mad at the end! Most importantly, thank you so much for sharing this with us. The combinations were quite challenging for the non-professional, untrained (except at home), would be dancer. Just so generous of you and the other companies to share today. Thank you for overcoming obstacles to bring this to us.
It was one of the best classes of this year’s WBD! Thank you so much for sharing. And Matthew, please please release a ballet class album - I’ll be buying a copy for every single one of my teachers!
More than real and nice too teacher Carlos Acosta, for me is more than important to get training allways. is really true that the pandemic affected us and It is a reality to have to deal with this difficult problem, but we cannot stop training ourselves because this is what we really do all the time and we cannot leave it adrift. Thank you kind regards from Cancun, Mexico. good day
🙋🏻♂️Hi. What all days will be happy for people that love ballet!. Vuestro talento es maravillosamento bello gracias a la dedicación, orgullo, respeto, y trabajo en equipo que realizan individualmente cada uno y una de ustedes. Forever 👏💪🍀💐👍💗👍💪🍀💐👏. Gracias.
Thank-you for class. Can't wait to see your performance stream on Nov. 1. Have not seen Our Waltzes since it was choreographed in Caracas in 1976 when a Corps. Member.
Very nice the ballet class and excellence explanation form the teacher, really very nice, Very well explained, the truth is that the sequence of each execution of the exercises is understood and if what I liked the most is the work of the center, it gives it a lot of time of importance and practice in addition to giving it with a lot of combination from the tombe pas de bouré to with the pirouettes. The class and the work I love very good, how I would like to be in a company of those and learn more even if it was in the position of corifeo. thank you teacher, best regards.
*CLASS AND COMBINATIONS IN THE MIDDLE I LIKED. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHERE THE MOVEMENTS LIKE A HORSE LITTLE COME FROM. THERE IS THE SAME MOVEMENT TO MAKE WITH THE TURN ON CRUISE AND EFASE, THAT WILL BE BEAUTIFUL*
