That bedroom right off the dining area seems rather odd? I would make that an office or expand the living space and make that a tv family room (perhaps remove a wall). $1.8 million dollars for one of these houses is ridiculous, but that is the price you pay for this neigborhood.. One may need to spend an additional $50k to redo the kitchen, remove the carpet and enhance the master closet and get rid of that all-in-one bath/shower combo in the guest bathroom.. All the wood is beautiful. Perfect size house for a couple with two small children or a bachelor with a dog.. Nice video work/presentation. I guess the house is already in escrow?
Sal, You're right. They are not common. The atrium model was typically 4 bed 2 bath. But there are smaller ones. This one I toured in Palo Alto was 3 bed 1 bath. ua-cam.com/video/LG5v7uKuvSo/v-deo.html And here is a 1 bed townhome on the market right now in Palo Alto: www.compass.com/listing/131-greenmeadow-way-palo-alto-ca-94306/1267501270239165369/?origin=listing_page&origin_type=copy_url&agent_id=631f5e98228dc20001133bfb
I had the chance to buy one of these back in 2010 for $130k, the only issues were minor such as the house needed a new swamp cooler (or adding multiple split air conditioning units to each room), a new water heater. The kitchen just needed minor updates such as a new cook top and refrigerator/dish washer. All could have been done for under $12k. The house was 1700sq, 2 living areas, 3 bedrooms/2 baths, laundry room, one car garage and outdoor atrium, glass walls everywhere! Just outside of Palm Springs on a private golf course, $300 a year HOA for the golf course..
woow look so awesome inside and outside
It's a pretty example. Do you like MCM?

The house is in contract, yes. It was on the market for 5 days.

I'm not surprised it sold so quickly.
Congratulations, its an amazing piece of property..
Most Eichler's I've seen have four bedrooms. Did they ever make two-three bedrooms?
