Hey bro, I love this clip. It's the first I've seen of yours, so I've subscribed. I'm a sneaker head from Adelaide SA Australia. I collect vapormax, got 72 pair from 2017 to 2023. Mate, the 2017, 2018 vapormax 2 were tight straight out of the box because vapormax are an air Max and vapormax were originally literally jogging shoes, get that. You just had to totally loosen the laces first. But what sexy sneakers. I love them and totally love the 2023's, you're correct, comfy but 2017 was originally tested on 100 joggers in NYC in a jogging club. From 2018, they became a leisure shoe, but still tight, loosen laces. 2023 are staunch, I'm getting 2 pairs in the colours I love, one to wear one to collect. But you missed out the 2020's, the same sole and base model for the 2023's. 2020 the most comfortable hard wearing vapormax ever. Lace less, I tuck mine in on every other model. Anyways, I could talk to you for hours on vapormax, I collect. Have a great day from South Aus, way down under AU, thanks fir the view

Hey, thanks for watching and commenting and from Australia! That'swild. To have a 72 pairs of vapormax is big. I collection is not that extensive but quite understand the appreciation. I have the the utilities which is my everyday pair now as it's winter in the UK and I love them. The vapormax 23s comfort levels is reach peak levels now. The little nugget about releasing the laces is good but it is designed for running so get the snuggness. Now the controversial question, what about the scorpions, did you jump on those?

Still never owned a pair of these. I heard horror stories about people rolling their ankles in them.
    They do look comfortable though.

Never rolled my ankle but with the OG vapormax I found my feet getting tired. I suspect it is because my foot or I, was constantly adjusting to stabilise.

That's good then, if it's more stable. I might try some.

Definitely more comfortable and stable on foot. It is an improvement to the original. Give it ago you never know. Wait to they are discounted though.

@@sneakypeaks I work in the city Centre so when I get something to eat in the mall tomorrow dinner I'll call in a few of the sport shops to see if they have any. I'll try some on.

OG air unit looks too awkward. 2020 onwards, the air unit looks sleeker. I started to buy Vapormax's when the 2021s were released. I still own 5 x 2021 Vapormax's. I now have 3 x 2023 Vapormax's and think the 2023s are the best versions. Will pick up more 2023 Vapormax's when they release colourways that I like. Yes, they are expensive, but they regularly go on sale for about £135. I only like Vapormax's and Air Max 90s.

You got to give me the link for the £135 sale 2023s that makes a big difference. I agree the 23s are so much better in comfort but the OGs broke the mould in its day so thankful for that.
