Dude, it's the purpose of steet markets. 🙄 Most of their stock is 'rejected' and sometimes even has cuts. It's nowhere the same as in malls. 🤦🏻♀️ That's why they're cheap and people shop them. Why would any sane person pay more for them?

The best tip for bargaining is that you should not show soo much interest in the clothes at the shop because the more interest you will show the more they will increase the price!!!!
And also dont show them that you have enough money show them less because if you do so they will think that you have money and they will stick to their price rate!!!

Yes you are right Preet.I bought clothes from Sarojini when I went to Delhi for a trip.Could only use the clothes for two or three times.Afterwards my mother started using them as rags.The thread work is also bad in these clothes.I searched the whole market for quality clothes and even after all the hassle this happened.

Very nice collection of dresses 👏. People used to spend high amount of money in shops like KFC, dominoes, cafe coffee day etc. We can't bargain there and even we are ready to give tip money also. That's the part of pride, sofisticated culture. But we used to bargain in these kind of poor street shops. Kyuki ki we know ki ithar ye sab chalega. Ye log tho amm log hei. They are actually working hard to meet the basis need of their life like rotti and kapada. Bt we used to bargain and makes advantages out of this . I think the video also sending such a message 😕

To everyone who says "Don't bargain, do you bargain in malls?" Lemme tell you something. 1. Bargaining is entertained and expected here, if done well it's actually an art. Maybe these girls could be more polite, but the shopkeepers actually engage and show more things if you carry a conversation or bargain.
2. Shops actually provide you not just the goods but also service. There's decor, lighting, air conditioning, sales people, trial rooms. All of these are adding to your price. Rent and overhead charges are what you pay extra. Not for the goods.
3. Before you call out people for random shit, pay attention to the intent of the video. Because they've put this up, these shopkeepers are going to get more business, more people will come by and ask for stuff. Not saying pop xo is the only channel or that their video is the best, but this matters.
One last thing - guys like a lot of people have mentioned here, please carry your own bags! You know you're gonna go to Sarojini and shop, don't be stupid. Or just get one of those big jute bags from Sarojini itself. You guys are too big and too mature to be encouraging this.
